This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is ideally situated along Burgess Creek, only two blocks from the gondola/base area and the perfect Steamboat vacation rental for you. You are close enough to walk on a paved path to skiing in the winter and the Steamboat ‘beach’ in the summer, as well as restaurants, pubs and shopping year-round. You also have the convenience of free shuttle service to the mountain, town, restaurants and pubs in the winter and are located across the street from a YEAR-ROUND free bus stop to the mountain, town, grocery stores and more.

The unit itself features a fabulous, updated open living area with magnificent artwork and large windows providing superb mountain views and sensational natural light. You will have no problem relaxing at Meadows at EagleRidge Sheffield II with ample, comfortable seating options including a sofa and three club chairs. Take in the views, watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen smart TV or just warm up in front of the alluring gas fireplace.

The beautifully designed, fully stocked kitchen features stainless Appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry and everything you will need to cook a meal from small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils and more.

Dining options include a great, wooden table, seating for eight with the spectacular mountain views off of the kitchen and counter seating for four.

The bedrooms also offer views, face the creek and provide soothing sounds when you open the windows.

One master suite includes a king bed with a flat screen TV, lots of drawers, a walk in closet and its own remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower.

The second master suite includes a queen bed with a flat screen tv, lots of drawers, a walk in closet and its own remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combo shower.

Both master suites offer workstations. Combined with Xfintity High Speed WiFi, it is ideal for your remote working needs.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed with two full beds, flat screen tv, a walk in closet and its own covered balcony with mountain views. There is a Weber gas grill on the balcony.

The third full bathroom is in the hallway, also remodeled and has a walk in shower.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Meadows at EagleRidge Sheffield II offers central air conditioning, extremely rare in Steamboat.

Meadows at EagleRidge has great property amenities including a YEAR-ROUND outdoor heated pool, and hot tub, a BBQ area, fitness center and free shuttle services (winter only) to take guests to the ski area, shopping, dining and other area activities. You have your own locked ski locker and one parking space in the heated garage. Limited guest parking available on a 1st come 1st serve basis. There is an elevator that takes you from the garage to the unit.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Overall we had a great stay! We did have an issue with the parking situation as we were mis-guided to believe that there were more parking passes for our 7 person group. This definitely should be clear on the listing that there is a maximum of 2 cars. Aside from this issue, we had a great stay!

We had a great time stying at the Sheffield II. Plenty of space for our party of 8. Beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, stocked and ready to use. The ski shuttle picked up and dropped off right outside our door. The only downfall was that we had a few different cars as we were a group of extended family all coming from different areas. The garage was great for our use with the parking pass, but parking for the other cars was very tricky.

We had a wonderful time at this pristine rental property on a recent trip with friends. Not only is the rental spacious, updated and well appointed, the views from the living room to the mountains outside were a delight to wake up to each morning. With 6 adults, the gave us plenty of room to relax, enjoy time together and unwind after our days out and about exploring all that Steamboat has to offer. The space was clean and included everything we needed. The only difficulty we found was that the garage space was very limited and a few days there were no open spots inside for our vehicle. The concierge was very responsive and texted throughout our stay to make sure our party was well taken care of. Everyone was in full agreement that we would happily come back and stay again or recommend this rental to others traveling to Steamboat Springs.

Just what we needed for a family of 5. It felt like we were away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough. The condo was perfect and clean and had all the amenities listed. All 5 of us, which included 3 teenagers, were able to lounge on the couch in the living room after many adventurous days! The hot tub was also perfect right before turning in !

Nice lodging

Our family of 4 adults and 3 children stayed in this unit for a brief vacation. Check-in was easy and the unit was clean and as expected. It fulfilled our needs, with a furnished kitchen (including items such as spices and coffee), plenty of towels, and pleasant furnishings. The garage is a bit tricky as it is a manual ball attached to a rope that you need to pull when exiting the garage. The pool and hot tub were closed during our visit.

Great 3BR condo anytime of th eyear

Sheffield II was a perfect condo for a few day rental. A/C was needed and worked well which is a rare find for mid summer stay. Only negative was a very very pushy / questioning security guard that followed me to the rental front door even after I showed him the entry codes etc. I get having security, but this was a bit much riding up the elevator with me & watching me enter the unit. Oh well, place is secure. The unit was itself was 5 stars, security guard kinda rained on the parade.

We had a very good experience staying at Sheffield II in Steamboat. The unit has been recently updated, was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The view from the living room is amazing! The shuttle service to and from the base of the ski area was excellent as we never waited more than a few minutes. Parking was limited for the first two days, but with the shuttle service to the mountain, and to town, one could really get by without a vehicle.

Great Place for a Girls Weekend

Great condo. Exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The high-speed Internet access was great and we were able to stream movies without a hitch. There were plenty of towels which was nice unlike some places that only leave you with one towel and one washcloth for each person. The beds were REALLY comfortable. The garage parking was a nice perk. It was only a short drive to downtown Steamboat. We had one small issue with a smoke detector but the maintenance crew responded to my call literally within two minutes and it was quickly taken care of so it was no inconvenience to us at all. I would recommend this condo as well as the iTrip management company.
