Bluebird Sanctuary is a spacious, immaculate, bright and beautifully updated 2 level, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath duplex and offers unforgettable Steamboat ski mountain and Yampa Valley views. Its located only 1.5 miles from downtown and 5 miles from the resort, on a very quiet cul-de-sac, and makes a fantastic Steamboat vacation rental.

The unit itself has an entryway on the main level to store coats, boots, etc, which leads you to the updated, open living area, featuring the breath-taking, panoramic views, oak flooring, a gas fireplace and access to the deck. The fully stocked kitchen includes quartz countertops and a center island, and an adjacent dining area. The dining table will comfortably seat 6, and there are 8 bar stools for additional seating at the island.

Enjoy the spectacular views while dining, playing a game or just relaxing on the sofa. There is additional seating in the living area to relax and/or watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen TV. There is also a desk and chair for your remote working and schooling needs in the open living area.

The lower master suite features a huge walk-in closet and an attached master bathroom with double sink vanity and double shower. Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level with a bonus room which could serve as an office or exercise space. The attached 2-car garage can fit all your vehicles with extra storage space. With a convenient location to downtown and the Ski Area, easily use the walking path and bike trails for access to restaurants, shopping, and all that Steamboat has to offer.

All of the bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the downstairs level. The master bedroom suite features a king bed, lots of drawers, a huge walk-in closet and an attached full, private, gorgeously remodeled bathroom with double sink vanity and double shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a desk and chair for your remote working and schooling needs.

Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds (4 twins).

There is another room that has a sofa as well as another desk and chair for your remote working and schooling needs. There is another full bath with a tub shower combo for bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 in the hallway.

Off the bottom floor has a full size washer and dryer and a little backyard area with a table and 4 chairs.

There is 2-car attached garage and 2 driveway parking spaces available.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Best experience with lodging maybe ever

We were blown away with the accommodations that iTrip provided. Having never heard of iTrip we were a little nervous going into the trip not knowing what the experience would be like. But they truly went above and beyond with the free shuttles, cleanliness, responsiveness, and flexibility. The only thing is that the sleeping situation was just slightly underwhelming for 8 adults, but we made it work! Highly recommend iTrip and I'm looking forward to another trip with them soon.

Perfect for a family and pet

We had 3 generations and our dog and the home was perfect. It served as a base to explore much that Steamboat has to offer and allowed plenty of space for our group of 6. the fenced in back yard made having the dog with us very easy. The unit was clean, well equipped and we had excellent communication with the manager. All in all it was perfect

We had a great stay in Steamboat. This home is warm and welcoming. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential equipment. It’s large enough for two families and had a fenced backyard area for our dog. Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get downtown and to the ski slopes. The mattresses were a little too firm for our liking but otherwise fantastic place!

Incredible view! Full functioning kitchen! We came with kitchen items that I didn't think they may have, but they did. The unit was very clean. Comfortable beds in the 2 main bedrooms. The bunk beds/mattresses are kids size. Wish they were adult size and placed in the room where the glass sliding door is instead of in a room with no windows. It snowed a lot while we were there, 18" on one day alone. Had to call to get snow removal, but they were very responsive and the driveway was plowed shortly thereafter. We would stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 weeks and it was very comfortable for us. It’s perfect for working remotely with a downstairs office. The unit was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The coach was a little had but it’s a pull out sleeper and those types are usually very comfortable. The view was fantastic and it’s located in a very nice neighborhood 5 minutes from Main Street.

We loved staying at the Bluebird Sanctuary! It was roomy enough for 4 adults and 4 kids (tons of sleeping and playing space). The townhome was clean upon arrival and the property manager was quick to bring up some dishwasher soap mid-stay. This is a wonderful place if you want to be quick (2 minute drive?) to Lincoln Avenue and has a good hiking trail within walking distance. We also loved the nice deck and ability to store our bikes in the garage. Would recommend!

This place worked out perfectly for a month in Steamboat for my family of 4. The space was roomy, nicely appointed, and had a beautiful view. The location was quiet, yet close to downtown and skiing. Working with itrip was also great. They were very responsive to our needs.
