What a beautiful place to have a getaway time with your family or friends or even by yourself. The lovely updating of the cottage is very tastefully done. It is furnished with the necessities of setting up your own kitchen and living conditions. This is one place I would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed out two week stay in B-109. Ironically we were in B-107 11 years ago. Very clean, well equipped condo in an ideal location on the property. Would highly recommend. If I were to make some comments, they would be to warm up the place with some hangings on the walls. They were all bare. In addition, some suggestions as to recommended things to do, restaurants, etc would be helpful.

Our stay was perfect! I can’t say that enough, we enjoyed our time in Chattanooga at Rock City all day so it was very nice coming back to this cozy comfortable house to relax in before heading to dinner downtown that was only an 8 minute drive to everything. We will never forget this trip or this beautiful house! Thank you for our great memories and time in Chattanooga. We’ll be back soon and will definitely be staying here again!

Enjoyed our stay at 16 Saragossa Street in St Augustine. It was close to the downtown area and everything was very clean and in working order and we had a very pleasant stay. Will definately consider rebooking if we visit St. Augustine again.

We like the place and accommodations are accurate from description. Upon arrival, however, the stovetop burner was on and the countertop was sticky. Also, there was sand in the bathroom floor. Overall, we are enjoying our stay. Just thought those things needed to be communicated.

Little San Felipe Cottage met and exceeded my expectations. It was in a perfect location so we were able to walk comfortably everywhere. We sat on the little porch and people watched but my favorite detail is that I felt safe. The property manager answered all my questions promptly. I will be renting this sweet little cottage again!

Well equipped and well placed unit, plenty of room for six people and comfortable. About 5 minutes by car from village parking and a short walk through other residences, close to cable cars and gondolas. Convenient underground parking for plenty of vehicles but there is a small additional charge Good views from the balcony and in quiet area, little noise after 10pm

We had a great stay, the condo was beautiful, fantastic location, central to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend to others. Only critism instructions indicated to start the laundry, unfortunately we could not locate any laundry detergent and did not bring any with us to do so.

what can be better than a vacation in Sanibel? My boys (19 & 16 yrs old) and I, had a blast ! We biked, fished , explored the island, relaxed on the beach, played ball in the crystal clear Caribbean like water and enjoyed all the local restaurants for dinner. People are great on this island, laid back and helpful, what a great combination ! In regards to 733 sexton, mariner pointe, the unit felt to us like we were home. Kept extremely well , very clean and up to date bathrooms and kitchen, view of the canal and bay from porch . But felt like I arrived at a 5 star hotel, with the shampoo and soap in each of the bathrooms! Also, the unit had beach chairs, umbrella , football and fishing gear for their guests enjoyment! We stayed at 533 Little Harbor with our 2 boys and a friends also bringing their 2 kids, kids ages 6 through 9. The condo is very spacious even for 8 people, actually is bigger than you would expect from the pictures! The unit was found well cleaned. Inventory etc. very new and modern, great views from balconies as described, we saw dolphins swimming in the canal, great. Kitchen is well equipped and the kids loved the TV and game system in the evenings for some downtime. No complaints, we were very happy with the unit, it’s a great place! The kids liked the pools and the basketball and tennis courts. The beach is a little small but really nice, the bar and restaurant by the beach has good food and drinks, very reasonable prices. One pool was under construction during our stay but the property management was so nice to help us out and gave us an upgrade for the heated pool at the Apartment building, thanks! I really can recommend the place; walking distance to the little beach is only a few minutes, perfect for just relaxing and having a couple breaks in between. Drive time to St. Pete’s beach is about 30-35 min if you want to go to the surrounding bigger beaches; grocery stores 5-10 min. Thanks for sharing this awesome place!

What a wonderful place to stay for a Palm Desert getaway! We enjoyed all the amenities that Palm Desert has to offer such as the Polo Grounds, the gondola ride for awesome hiking at the top of San Jacinto Peak, ATV riding, tennis, swimming and overall relaxing in the sun. This home is located near all the main attractions in Palm Desert and the house itself is also perfect for guests of all ages. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure your time there feels like home. The kitchen is stocked, the bedding is comfortable, the towels for the bath and pool are great quality and the overall aesthetics are very peaceful. The pool is directly across the street and great for adults and kids (and kids can bring toys, have floaties, etc.) The tennis courts are a very short walk and there are enough so that you don't have to wait to play. My personal favorite was cooking and eating outside. The grill area and ambiance made for the perfect ending of the day. What could be better than sitting at the outdoor bar and grilling out? Then hanging outside in the lounge area. Bliss! I highly recommend this home in Desert Breezes for a family or for couples. It meets the needs for all. Enjoy!

Beautiful unit- modern, luxurious, and brand new. Spacious kitchen/living area with big screen TV. The views are gorgeous! I could just stare out the window all day and drink my coffee. Tons of light from the windows but also has automatic blackout curtains. Location is amazing, especially in ski season. The lift is right there and the village is just across the street.

The condo was very clean and the space is bigger than expected. The furniture and entire space are simply decorated and yet calming and comfortable. The proximity to the beach is as good as it gets and this beach is with side white sand and warm waters and private. I will be back here again next year for sure.

My family and I have been staying at the Commodore Condo for over 20 years. Located at the quiet end of PCB near St Andrews Park. Large rooms with a big balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Fully furnished kitchen and a comfortable living space. Highly recommend for family vacation.

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. The pool was clean and well maintained and we even had the opportunity to see dolphins and manatees in the canals. I would definitely stay here again! Managment was also great and responded to any question in a timely manner.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews but let me say I was very pleased with our stay at the 911 lighthouse condo! The only thing I would recommend is for the fan in living room be changed it makes a horrible noise, otherwise we enjoyed our family vacation making the condo feel like home by making memories and feeling it with love.

This condo is AMAZING!! I can not begin to express just how beautifully decorated and clean it is. The pictures do not do the condo justice. ITRIP was great to work with. We had 1 tiny issue, and it was resolved quickly. We also discovered once we got home that we had left our medications. The customer service reps from ITRIP have been fantastic!! The location is in great proximity to everything. The beach was even less crowded than normal. The pool is gorgeous. Overall a great time. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at your cabin! It was exactly as pictured in the photos and precisely what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Even though there were other cabins near, we only saw a couple of people and heard no one the entire time we were there: coming from a large city, this was perfect for us! Close to so many restaurants and entertainment venues, with all the comforts of home if you do not want to go out. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and will definitely consider visiting again!

Super convenient location if you have littles, very close to pool and beach access. Nice to have a room with no windows for the baby to sleep. Great price for the amount of room and location. Itrip was very responsive, we will definitely be booking through them again.

What a wonderful week at the beach! Our condo was super clean and secure. The bed was very comfy and the shower head was simply amazing - seriously! The AC and heat work well and there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. Everything in the condo is updated and in tiptop shape. We cooked all our meals in, and the kitchen had everything we needed (restaurants abound, though, if you prefer). Books, games, beach chairs, and bikes were all provided (bring your own beach towels). The bikes were the best! We biked to the beach each day (about 2 blocks away) and all around town. There's a pool just a few steps away but it wasn't yet open (we came in Feb). We give this condo our highest rating and would recommend it to others without reservation.

The house is exactly as advertised. It was in immaculate condition, very clean. The three bedrooms are good sized and the master bedroom is very large and has a big bathroom. The house is well stocked and we felt like we were visiting friends in their home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Opal House for a long weekend. Easily walkable to the pool and beach and a beautiful view of the pond on the driving range. We were even lucky enough to see many turtles and one gator sunning on the driving range green. The house was well appointed and a nice layout for an extended family.

This place was super easy to find and very close to Beaver Creek for skiing. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We thought all the family photos and trip photos that were labeled in the hallway were fun to see. It kept us wondering if it was the owners family or randoms. Lol we have never seen family photos in a rental home before. Someone really thought about the things we might need while we stay here. I was surprised when I saw the King bed in the loft. I really thought it was in the upstairs room and the day bed was in the loft part. I guess I was a little confused, but it did work out just fine anyway.

Little Moon Trail retreat was the best! We have two kids 2.5 and 1 years old and it was clear that this house was set up for families with little ones. Everything was well stocked and very clean. Thank you for the warm hospitality. The views and the indoor/outdoor living were sublime. We will be back for sure!

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this condo for a recent trip to Vail. We loved the location. Just a short walk to the lift. There are several great restaurants and shops within steps of the condo. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean, and we loved the fireplace. We would definitely stay here again! Management was very welcoming and helpful. Excellent value!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway to Seawind 1702. The condo is a great size and had a space for everyone to relax. The balcony was a great treat as well and we loved spending time out there. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked, although we did notice half of the toaster didn't work. There were plenty of amenities for families to enjoy. Unfortunately the splash pad at the condo was being drained while we were there, but we were able to enjoy the beach instead with not much complaining from our kids lol. The elevators worked just fine (I saw in previous reviews there had been issues) but parking was a bit tight even with a minivan. And we were very happy we could walk across the street to grab little things we needed from the convenience store and get breakfast or coffee at Waffle House. Overall we loved this condo and would happily stay here again in the future!

My family and I had such an enjoyable vacation in Orange Beach (Shoalwater #403), from the well-appointed condo, to the easy access beach, to the keyless entry, and to the entertainment discounts. Will definitely stay here again. Communication was great. Everything exceeded our expectations.

This is our second year to rent this property and we love it. The house is perfect for the 7 of us and the location is breathtaking with beautiful views of the ocean. We feel very safe in this gated community and the restaurants and shops are all within walking distance of the house. We love the Sunrise Cottage and will be back next year

My stay at this place on Kings Lake was amazing! The house was beautiful, with all rooms leading to the pool. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool and garden area were well kept (and we got the best tans!). The service by the property manager was great as well. The communication was excellent, and we received all answers to any questions we had within 30 minutes or less of asking. The surrounding area is also amazing. From the house to 5th ave, it’s only about a 7 minute drive. The beach and restaurants on that strip are awesome. The house is so conveniently placed in between the best parts of Naples, and I cannot wait to stay here again!

Our stay at 9A Timbercreek on Bald Head could not have been better. As long-time visitors and former property owners on the island, this was our first visit back in several years. The island was beautiful - though quite chilly on those cart rides! - and the condo was perfect for us. The bedrooms were all tastefully appointed, and the main ‘great room’ furnished lovingly and bright, with a great view to the marsh. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything we needed to make most of our meals, as most F&B venues on the island were closed. We would love to rent again in the summer!

great Condo, the living room is comfy with a nice patio and great patio. the kitchen has a gas stove with very nice high end cooking dishes, utensils, and knives. Cooking was fun here. Fire place was very comfy. the lower level suite was lots of fun with a great place to watch movies and spend family time on foosball table (great tournaments). Lot's of beds, great place for family time. close to bus stop, if you are not driving, Wal-Mart walking distance.

Our family of four had the most memorable time staying at Pinewoods 24, a dream CO retreat. We highly recommend staying in this absolutely beautiful home -- the neighborhood is friendly, the setting is magnificent, the location is ideal, the management company was very professional and responsive, and the home itself has everything you need and more! We are restored and relaxed, and can't wait to return to Eagle Vail!

Walk down the steps and you are on Main Street in Frisco! Easy access to bike trails. The condo is bright and modern. A small balcony allows fun people watching! We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Naples Bay Resort! The location is perfect because we were able to walk to the great restaurants and shops downtown and yet we still felt like we were in a resort. The amenities were first rate. The pools and fitness center were immaculate and we loved the poolside dining and drink service. The unit was perfect for our family. It has a full master suite with a king size bed, a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a Murphy bed in the living room where we put our kids. The towels and sheets were hotel quality and the washer dryer was a nice addition. The kitched was so clean and well appointed and we loved hanging out on the screened in porch. The owner was available, friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend this unit at Naples Bay Resort.

We would definitely stay here again. The condo is a good size and Clean. The large indoor heated pool and 2 hot tubs were enjoyed by all. It is very accessible to Vail, (Just across the highway) with a shuttle that ran every 15 minutes and they would even come pick you up in Vail if you called them. It is located right on the Walking trail, just a 10 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge to Lionshead. Only downside, the Vertical blinds in the living area had a number of "slats" missing and are in need of a bit of repair/replacement. There is no ski locker but that's not a problem. There is plenty of room in the condo.

We had so much fun on my daughter's spring break! She brought 2 friends. We swam, lay in the sun, fished, ate, played games, and watched movies. An amazing place! You do not have to go anywhere if you so choose!

My friend and I stayed at Bonanza in Idaho Springs this past week. It was charming, clean, and everything we needed! In addition, downtown was around the corner and one block down!! I loved the fact that they gave us their contact number for any problems. When I couldn't find a unique replacement lightbulb, they came the very next day to install what we needed. The bedrooms are separated by the bath and living area, so we each had complete privacy. Might be good for two couples! Charming

Unit 421 is a fabulous updated condo in a spectacular location! We slept with the (screened) balcony doors open so we could hear the surf all night. So close to the water! The sunset views are breathtaking! The bed and the sofa face the water - what a great idea! Renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, gorgeous tile and body jets as well as a rainfall shower - feels like a spa! Tons of storage for personal items - lovely beachy decor. Thanks for all the towels bars and hooks everywhere- so handy! Large vanity. Bed is firm, yet very comfy. This reno was done right - all the upgrades and personal touches to make for a really nice stay. Most of the units in Island Inn are not updated - so glad we chose #421! Many restaurants in walking distance, and a market across the street for any essentials you might need. Cant wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time here! The apartment is in the perfect location - close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and so many historical sites. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we loved being able to explore St Augustine in the morning, relax in our apartment during the hottest parts of the day with fantastic views of downtown, and then head back out in the evening for more adventures. The hosts were extremely helpful and left coupons for tasty treats at nearby dessert shops, and we also took advantage of the free tickets for the trolley ride, alligator farm, and Ripley’s believe it or not museum. Given its proximity to restaurants and night life there was definitely a little noise into the evening/late night hours, but nothing that a white noise machine for our daughter and ear plugs for us couldn’t drown out. Plus we were all so worn out from our daily explorations that it was quite easy to fall asleep in those comfy beds! We will absolutely be back, and highly recommend 64 Hypolita St if you are looking for a great place to stay in St. Augustine!!

Condo is in a great location. It is close to grocery stores, and shopping. Our rental period is for 4 weeks and we will be sad when it is time to go. I trip was remarkable at resolving a very small issue for the unit. It is almost a cross from the pool which is lovely. Grandkids swam every day they visited. Me next information is not meant to be derogatory or deter anyone from renting this wonderful Space. My input for anyone staying that intends to do a lot of meals in would be pans and bowls are not easy to use. We will leave a lot of items that we purchased to make our cooking easier: cutting board, inexpensive sharp knives, a bowl set (because there was only one giant bowl), spatula, plastic glasses that can be used at the pool, a cookie sheet, and a frying pan. If you don’t intend to cook a bunch, everything else like dishes, glasses, cups, wine glasses, and utinsels were well stocked and great.

I would only be repeating what has already been said about this spacious unit. We enjoyed our stay and will stay at this unit again in the future. The only improvement we would recommend would be to repair/update the sliding glass door in the living room. The door locking mechanism did not work properly and the door was difficult to operate for my youngest son and mother-in-law. It was a minor inconvenience and certainly did not detract from the rest of the unit. The storage box that contains the beach toys is located between the covered parking space and the beach. We found that this was a nice amenity and was convenient for family (our boys in particular) to access. Oh, I almost forgot. When we first arrived via crossing the Tom Stuart Causeway and turning left (south) onto Gulf Blvd., we were able to locate the building almost immediately by looking up and seeing the Arena De Madeira's distinct mint-green color. We no longer needed our GPS.

We were desperate for a change of scenery and a relatively quick and easy getaway, and this place fit the bill! There were 3 couples and we each had our own room and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the place was really clean! The living room was great for hanging out, and the dining table was perfect for our meals. We couldn't have asked for a better location--the bakery and Starbucks are just down the road, and the bus to the mountain is at the end of the street! Parking was easy, too. This home is cozy, beautiful, and comfortable. We all agreed we will be back again!

I rented this house for family that had never been to Georgetown before. I chose this house because I knew that they would get a real feel for the Square at Christmas time. They loved it, I loved it. It was our first time visiting Bend and this home gave us an excellent experience of how Bend is like. The house itself is very well-maintained and well-equipped - we have stayed at numerous Airbnb and Virbo homes and this one was one of the most impressive ones. The house's clean, comfy, homely. Situating in a safe neighborhood and among the pine trees, the porch is a perfect place to enjoy morning tea/coffee and happy hour. It's very close to the gorgeous River Trail and we did the loop a few times during our stay. We had an incredible time here and this home is highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at EZ Come EZ Geaux in Seacrest Beach ! The accommodations are very nice, comfortable, and roomy. The location can't be beat. From the ground floor patio you are literally steps to the very large pool. The various area beaches are either a walk or short tram ride across the street, or a short drive to Inlet Beach or Camp Helen. Also, walking or bicycling distance to both Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach towns. The folks at ITrip are very friendly and are there to help answer any questions should they arise. We had a great vacation !

We all loved the location. The bathroom with each bedroom was a giant plus. Took advantage of the pool and kayak launch. Road bikes (not a lot of traffic in neighborhood) and went to Assateague Island every day. Assateague got crowed but nothing to compare to ocean city. Parking passed required every day, but you can leave and come back using same pass. We took several trips to Berlin! Highly recommend.

We stayed a Fri-Sun at the place in early early season and everything from the location (less than 5 min walk to gondola) to the comfort factor (fireplace, hot tub, steam room) was on point. Definitely consider if you want to be cozy and nearby during your next visit to Keystone. Garage spots available, but also located across street from main Keystone lot so we were easily able to move our cars over the morning we checked out.

Looks like we stayed right after the one guest NOT to leave a 5-star review. A bunch of 5-star reviews and one 2-star? Kinda thinkin' that might have to do with a cranky and uncourteous guest, rather than the house or the management company--particularly since we arrived 3 hours early to drop off stuff, and iTrip staff was working overtime to clean up one heck of a mess before we got there. When we arrived it was scary. 3 hours later, it was spotless, organized, and welcoming. I think the staff that was there was led by Terri and Bethany. Hope I got that right. Anyway--heck of a job!OK, review of the place itself:1) Wow.2) Wow.3) Did we say "Wow"?It was everything it said in the ad and more:They said it was "View Times Two," but actually it's got ocean views in 3 directions. It was so close to the Bald Head Club that we often walked (ok, we took the carts when we had to carry the clubs).Speaking of carts, having 3 of them made it so convenient for our party to split up when they wanted and go where they wanted. And little things like the carts having USB ports and cellphone holders is a perfect example of the thoughtful touches all over View Times Two.Somebody put a lot of thought into how to make this place massively guest-friendly. We had no idea how bad the cell service is on a lot of the island, but this house apparently has a "cell spot" that provides full signal anytime you're inside!It had all the amenities we could have wanted, and some we didn't even think of (like they provided 3 coolers for us to take to the beach, and an ice machine like you'd find in a restaurant to fill it whenever we wanted.Last thing: the SHOWERS, which you'll just have to see for yourself. Six heads and 3 faucets in the outdoor shower, and all 4 master bedroom showers had at least two. Be prepared to negotiate who gets the room with the rain head, and who gets the one with the body jets!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was PERFECT. Everything was walking distance and the shuttle was right outside the door when we wanted to get over to Mountain House. We had 2 small children with us so being in River Run Village is the best place for them. The unit overlooked the ice-skating rink, which was fun to watch with them. Everything was clean upon arrival and the space was just right for a family of 4. Overall, we stayed for the weekend and could not have asked for anything else. Thanks!

The condo was exactly as described. The 3 bedrooms all had their own bath and were very clean. We stayed for 41 nights and loved being on Surfside Beach. The location is close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The I-trip property manager was great too.Honestly, the only room for improvement s would be to get new dining room chairs and a new set of frypans. We already signed up for next year! Being able to bring our fur babies sealed the deal.

We had an absolute fabulous time during our two week stay at EBTC. This beautiful condo has everything we needed! From the gorgeous views, the great updated kitchen, the incredibly comfortable bed, the very nice walk-in shower, lots and lots of hangers, beach chairs and cooler, this unit was fantastic! We have stayed in several units at EBTC and this was the best! We will definitely be back - hopefully for more than two weeks next time! Thank you owners for providing us with all we needed. To top it off, the weather was absolutely beautiful! Sunny skies and in the 80’s almost everyday. Ft. Myers Beach is definitely our happy place!!!

This house is almost perfect. Close enough to walk downtown but yet far enough so you get some peace and quiet. Decor is amazing and plenty of room to spread out. We had 4 of us and it was amazing. Private back porch on first floor was nice to sit out on in morning and evening. Bikes were an additional perk as we used them every day on the amazing bike path that Boise has. Owners were very responsive!

We had the best time on our trip and this condo made that all possible.The amazing location, 3 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to everything on the key, and providing everything for out of town guest. We wanted to spend a lot of time on the beach and LuLu's had everything we needed to help enjoy our time; from beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach carts. It made everything more simple for us. The outdoor space/pool/grill were and amazing plus, the private pool and lounging area with tables and umbrellas made it that much more possible to enjoy the outdoors while on vacation. I visit Siesta often but this condo made it that much more enjoyable and I will be back to stay.

We had such a fine vacation. It was all due to the beautiful vacation home, Ruff Tide. We loved the house, loved the golf cart. We relaxed in the beautiful pool in the evenings. We also loved the screened in porch. It was perfect at night. So quiet. The whole neighborhood was quiet and a road that wasn’t traveled much. We utilized the golf cart for our beach trips, our shopping trips, and most of all, our ice cream trips. This was our first trip to Oak Island and it didn’t disappoint. This condo is great! The bedrooms are spacious and private. The balcony has a great view of everything! The pools in the resort are wonderful! And there is hardly any walk to the pools and the beach. We never had to wait for the elevators. And you are close to everything you need at the beach. The only complaint we had was the furniture on the balcony was uncomfortable and some were broken, but it did not keep us from enjoying the balcony. The shower in the bedroom close to the entryway was very hard to regulate, you either had a cold shower or a hot shower. But again, it did not keep us from enjoying our stay. We plan on staying here again next year!

Had a great time on the slopes at the resorts outside SLC. The house was updated nicely and their were few issues. iTrip handled them immediately, delivering additional pillows and blankets. They also brought in additional baking sheets when we requested them for cooking up snacks. The bungalow was well furnished and easy access to freeways to get to the Cottonwood canyons. You can also hop on I-80 and go over to Park City if you wish. Perfect for a family with kids.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Westwind 701. The condo was conveniently located, spacious, and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the amenities in the condo were great. I do wish the ice maker in the refrigerator worked, but we managed without it. The washer and dryer were a life saver and we went home with very little dirty laundry. The walk to the beach was so short and the kids loved being able to go from beach to pool without much difficulty. I would absoltely recommend this unit for families with or without kids.

The condo is very nice. We enjoyed staying there and loved being on the lower level hearing the waves. Having to drive to get the key then drop it off after our stay is a little "old school" and was a bit of a hassle for us. Other than that the unit is very nicely appointed and we enjoyed it. We really enjoyed Sea Breeze. We met some wonderful people from all over the world. Everyone was so friendly. The unit, 408 is an end unit very spacious and the view of the Gulf is spectacular. Each sunset was stunning. The unit was clean well maintained but gently used. It was comfortable for sure. We will be back there in the future. ITrip very accommodating and easy to work with.

We just returned from a two week stay in 302-Chambre. We had an amazing time! Couldn't ask for a better beach front view than we had. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possible need if you choose to make home cooked meals/breakfast. Beds were comfortable! Closets had beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys. Leave all that stuff at home as you won't need it. There are also rentals on the beach if you choose. We had an issue with the dishwasher not draining and iTrip maintenance was there within 20 minutes and problem taken care of by early afternoon!! Fast and friendly! The highlight of our trip was having one of the sea turtle nests right in front of the condo hatch shortly after sunset one night. Was absolutely amazing to witness! Once in a lifetime event that we will never forget! Book this unit with confidence. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you to the owner for sharing your home with us!

The hosts were very accommodating and worked with me to get our reservation set up on very short notice. The house was nice and well stocked. The bathrooms did not have shampoo but this wasn’t an issue as we had brought our own. The garage did not have space for a full size crew cab truck which should be kept in mind when planning for parking. This also was not a huge issue for us as it was early season and we did not receive much snow during our stay. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The house could easily accommodate 3 adult couples as well since all 3 bedrooms have queen sized beds. Location was good with a nice view from the deck looking towards the lake. Easy drive to downtown Frisco, Breck, A-Basin and Leadville where we also visited during our stay.

We rented the Manhattan Suite for a girls trip and were absolutely in love with this condo! The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with 2 balconies that over looks the pool area was beautiful. The attention to detail was much appreciated. For example they had several different pillow types to use. Charging stations for your portable electronics like cell phones. Smart TVs, cozy robes to wear. The bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with items you may use like make up remover, shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smelled wonderful. The beds were both extremely comfortable. We also really enjoyed the little welcome basket of snacks and the coffee set up. This condo would be perfect for those wanting to have a getaway in The Woodlands or if you need to stay for an extended time period. We also loved being able to walk to Whole Foods and several different restaurants, as they are literally a hop skip and jump away. We were originally thinking booking with a hotel but so thankful to have found Manhattan Suite instead. We got so so so much more staying here than we would have at any hotel in The Woodlands waterway area. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend it to anyone needing to stay in that area.

This was Definitely a great find! It was super clean, and cozy. We loved the back yard! Beds and pull out couch was super comfortable and easy access. It is in close walking distance to the downtown. This is a cute bungalow. It’s situated on a quiet street so there is absolutely no traffic noise. It is within walking distance to Historic St Augustine for sightseeing if you’re able bodied. If you’re planning on shopping, I would drive and park. It was clean and properly stocked with paper products for our short stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The third floor two bedroom, two bath apartment was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the lush landscaping and easy walk to the beautiful beach. Since we were a little early for the spring season, the outdoor pool was not yet open, but the indoor pool with a hot tub, sauna and exercise facility was a good substitute. Hilton Head has a lot to offer the visitor - good shopping, excellent restaurants and a nice public library very close to our condo complex.

This is a great, well laid out house. We had 3 adults, 2 young kids, and one dog. There are plenty of bedrooms and living space for everyone to hang out together or spread out. The kitchen was well equipped for a group that loves cooking! The neighborhood is quiet and great for a walk, and it was easy access to Avon and Beaver Creek or a quick drive to Vail. It is also just a few steps from a park where the kids could sled or play. Would highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed a fun weekend at this adorable, updated cottage! It is a very welcoming home with lots of natural light in a quiet neighborhood. The beds are super comfortable, the shower head has great water pressure and the kitchen had what we needed to cook at home. It's an easy to walk to the beach. And, it has a perfect hang-out space downstairs! I really liked the little touches around the house that shows the owners care about their guests. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed at this home recently. The outdoor area is amazing. We really enjoyed having our own private pool and fire pit. Outdoor area had everything we needed and the owner even had a storage garage full of everything you could possibly think of for the beach. We didn’t need to bring anything. It included beach toys, chairs, beach cart, pool toys, surf boards. They really had everything. It was very impressive and probably our favorite part! ITrip was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going well during our stay. Fast responsiveness and excellent communication. It was an extremely convenient walk to the beach. We had loads of fun here.

This property was absolutely stunning and perfect for our family vacation. Not only is it beautiful, it accommodated 12 of us with no issues. The management company was very responsive and professional and made sure to maintain open communication the entire time in case there were any issues. We originally wanted to reserve fun outings around the area but the kids chose to stay in most of the days. We’re from Texas so we don’t see snow often and when we arrived the property was covered and was perfect for outdoor sledding, snowball fights, and just hanging out together enjoying the beautiful scenery. We went skiing in Wolf Creek which is not far at all, went shopping around downtown, even convinced everyone to hop in the hot springs. I can’t say enough how much this trip was needed for our family and how the property was perfect in every way! I think the only thing that would make it better is if we were able to bring our fur babies! Aside from that, we will definitely stay here again in the future!

We liked this property from the moment we walked in. Some specifics : Great location. Great private back yard loaded with trees and plants. And with a very usable fire pit. 10 minutes or less to the beach. No fee parking at the beaches. Five minute drive to downtown Stuart. If you like to walk on quite streets with beautiful surroundings, this is it. Very close to restaurants and food shopping. Master bedroom is large. House is well equipped. And the owners are great. I probably said enough so that we will never be able to rent this place again. It’s a winner.

Booking with iTrip was very easy. The condo was very clean and was stocked for everything you could possibly need for fun at the beach. iTrip called twice to check on us and be sure we had no issues that needed addressing. Easy checking in and out...they even graciously offered us to check in an hour early. Condo and iTrip get 5 stars. Our only complaint was the pool was closed for repairs on Saturday...even though they gave a 48 hour notice, we feel this should be scheduled on a week day rather than a weekend when more people are there expecting to have a relaxing day at the beautiful pool. I’m quite sure this could be addressed with the Villas maintenance supervisor, but we didn’t have the contact for them because we booked through a 3rd party. According to the tram drivers, pool maintenance is always scheduled for Saturday. Inconvenience caused by pool maintenance gets a 2 star.

The place was beautiful! Exceeded our expectations!! Towel animal left by the cleaning person, the views were breathtaking!! Everything in town was about 20 minutes away - only about 7 or 8 miles but take your time going up and down the roads, worth every minute of it!! There were two hot tubs and a beautifully kept pool! Plenty of room and comfortable living space! Couldn’t of asked for better!

Overall great stay. There were some ants in the kitchen but there was ant spray and I’ve heard Hawaii tends to have bugs in general so I was not shocked. I had a small issue with the washer but they were very kind in taking care of it as best as possible. There are plenty things in the entry closet to help keep a family occupied. Also, extra linens are in master bedroom closet. I couldn’t find them at first.

We absolutely loved this place! 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. 2 bunk bed sets (sleeps 4) and 2 king beds. Had everything we needed including a huge pool and great hot tub. The Emerald Dolphin is a beautiful property with beautiful sunsets, and you are so close to the water. So much to do, great restaurants nearby and less traffic on this part of the island. I highly recommend this place whether you have a big family and want everyone under 1 roof or want to bring 2 families with kids.

We were so pleased with our stay at Bleessings by the Sea, I kept telling myself to keep a running list of all of the small details we appreciated. The layout of the house was functional and allowed our two families to stay connected, while also allowing our own privacy. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough tools for us to cook meals pantry and Closet space was more than enough for everyone there. A huge perk is having the screened in porch. We loved sitting back there and the kids can play in the grass area, while the adults could still watch them from the porch. We took walks around the neighborhood each night. Getting to shopping, beach, pools, restaurants was an absolute breeze. The management was a dream to work with. Really impressed with this place and we travel often.

Don't believe that you will receive a Delta gift card as part of your renting a condo. We rented a condo Feb 2018 and were promised a $300 Delta gift card in the ad, and confirmed that we would receive one once we had fully paid for the condo rental by Laura at iTrip Vacations. Well it's June and still no card.

The house was awesome and the perfect size. It was well decorated and very clean. The pool was awesome but I would recommend that you get the heated unless your going during the summer. The house is a great location and minutes from all of the Disney parks. This was our first time renting a home and it was a great experience however next time we will know to bring the small stuff (trash bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels) however there is a WalMart right down the street. The development itself was nice and clean and the pool at the rec center looked awesome but we did not go there. Overall a great trip

Our group has enjoyed this property every summer for almost 20 years. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms accommodate us well. In one room on the main floor, the sleeper sofa is quite uncomfortable. The bedroom mix includes four king beds, a twin bedded room -- or the option of two trundle beds. Favorites include the (small) elevator to access all four floors, the well-stocked theatre room, the billiard table and heated pool. The chairs around the dining room table are a bit oversized and bulky. Sometimes we brought a dozen folding chairs so persons could more comfortably fit around a single table for meals. There's also a second lovely old-style oak table with extra boards. By the pool there's a nice outdoor table with umbrella, lounge chairs, and a large Weber grill. Access to the ocean is a 5 minute walk from the house. The house is situation near the end of a small cul-de-sac with adequate parking, and large garbage and recycling containers. Vehicles can back in underneath the porch to the front door for easy unloading. Enclosed outdoor showers provide easy "wash-off" when returning from the beach.
