*Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

Storm Meadows Townhouse 22 is one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat. Not much compares to being situated right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 2 decks, as well as inside the main living area.

Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features floor-to-ceiling windows, incredible slope views and plenty of natural light. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace on ample comfortable seating, take in the beautiful scenery and/or watch a game or movie on the flat screen TV.

The living area includes a full kitchen with gorgeous granite counters and is equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There is also a large dining table off the kitchen, comfortably seating 8, perfect for a family or group. There are barstools, perfect for dining, drinking, or setting up your remote office.

The main level also has access to a deck with the amazing views of the slopes, outdoor furniture and a gas grill. It's perfect for barbecuing or just relaxing with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain. There is a powder room on this level and secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry.

Also enjoy the fantastic mountain views from the master suite, which offers a king sized bed, flat screen tv, tons of storage and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. It's the only room on the upper level and is very private.

The lower level has two bedrooms with flat screen tv’s and deck access. One has a queen bed and a twin bed and the other has three twin beds. There is a large full bathroom on the lower level in the hallway with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level. The lower level deck is slope side and also has a ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Great location on the mountain and true ski-in and ski-out just feet from the back door. You are a 2-3 minute drive to the base of the mountain for easy access to restaurants, ski-rentals and stores. The home is a bit dated, but well taken care of and has all the kitchenware just like home to accommodate making your meals. Beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms and showers worked great. Two sparking spots directly outside the front door was a plus as well for our group of 8.

Lots of room and as close to the snow as it gets. Was clean and even ready a bit early. Decor is a bit dated but that’s not important to our crew. Would definitely rent it again.

This townhome is situated literally on the side of a ski run which makes it very convenient. It’s part of the Storm Meadows condos. To access the slopes you walk out back deck, snap on skis and you are on the Right O Way run. The great room, kitchen and dining are nice and ideal for families gathering, eating, relaxing, etc. The gas fireplace was very warming after a long day skiing. Property management was very responsive to any of our questions or requests. The kitchen is really well equipped and we had everything necessary to cook a lot of our meals. Townhome #22 was a good find for a family ski trip!

Very comfortable living space and right on the slope. The kitchen has a very good selection of quality pots and pans. Also great cooking knives. With covid we cooked in the whole week and it was wonderful. I would recommend this unit whole heartedly.

I really enjoyed my stay at this town house. I felt right at home, it was very comfortable. Best ski in and ski out, 40 feet from slopes. Everyone skied at there own speed, the people that wanted to ski early, walked off the deck and skied out. If you wanted to come back for lunch it was hassle free.
