Ski-In/Walk-out condo, one of the best locations in Steamboat. Walk out back of building, across a parking lot and click on your skis! It's that simple. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door of the building. *Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

You will have to make other arrangements elsewhere, for parking any additional vehicles.

Some features are only offered seasonally and also require occasional maintenance, cleaning, and upgrades. For example many pools and hot tubs are temporarily closed from approximately April to Memorial Day Weekend and/or Labor Day weekend to Thanksgiving. Storm Meadows is simply one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat, right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing ski-in and walk-out accommodations, and also offers amazing views of the Steamboat ski area.
Enter the property into the kitchen and open living area which features an updated kitchen. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There is a large dining table/booth off the kitchen, perfect for a family or group. The living area provides comfortable seating on a leather sofa, as well as extra seating in club chairs. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace and take in the fantastic views and/or watch a movie or show on the large screen TV. The main level also features vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom.
The upper level has all three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer queen beds, Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed (twin over full). Each bedroom has its own TV.
Along with its amazing location and views, Storm Meadows features a community hot tub, a secured ski locker in the building for all of your gear, as well as a coin operated washer and dryer and free parking outside the building (one parking pass provided).
During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, at the base area you have access to other activities such as the Outlaw Mountain Coaster, mini golf, plenty of kid friendly activities, free concerts and movies.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
