True Ski-In/ski out condo, one of the best locations in Steamboat. Walk out of the building, down some steps and click on your skis! It's that simple and convenient. At the end of the day, ski right back to the building, and back up the steps to your unit. *Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.
Free shuttle service (winter only) - to the gondola/base area, town, restaurants, pubs or grocery store.
*Please note many amenities and features are provided and maintained by the HOA and other entities. Some features are only offered seasonally and also require occasional maintenance, cleaning, and upgrades. For example many pools and hot tubs are temporarily closed from approximately April to Memorial Day Weekend and/or Labor Day weekend to Thanksgiving. Storm Meadows is simply one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat, right on Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-ins ski-out accommodations. Walk out of the building, down some steps and click on your skis! Enjoy day skiing, night skiing and even a ride on the mountain coaster. It's that simple and convenient.
There is a community hot tub and fire pit right here on the property. After a day on the slopes hanging out by the open fire pit to roast marshmellows and watch the beautiful mountain sunset.
The condo features an open living area with ample comfortable seating for 4 people. Sit back and relax by the new electric fireplace and take in the views and/or watch the large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal. The unit offers a dining table with 4 chairs as well as counter seating for 4 to enjoy a meal, drinks or just hang out and play a game.
The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, mountain views and a full bathroom including a shower and tub.
Right off the living area is a covered balcony with your own table, two chairs and mountain views. Relax and watch the sunset, night skiing and being surrounded by beautiful Christmas lights. When staying in this unit you feel like you’re in a true ski town during winter.
Your secured ski locker is in the building for all of your gear and free parking outside the building.
The building has coin-operated laundry on site.
During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
