This tropical oasis will fulfill all your dreams and aspirations you may have for a vacation rental. This 1700 square feet 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is equipped with beautiful tile floors, stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and all amenities you may think of. Enjoy the convenience of a one-story home on a spacious lakefront lot with high ceilings and french doors that lead out to your own secluded private saltwater pool and seating area. Sit back and relax in the quiet outdoor space sipping on a cool drink and enjoying nature and the warm feeling of the sun. In the evening the pool has colored lights that add to the ambiance of this outdoor space. Prepare a meal and sit out at the outdoor dining table for an alfresco meal and relax from of day of sightseeing or beach activities. The living room is spacious and has two leather sofas that are perfect for watching your favorite programming on the large screen Smart TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a master shower, double vanity, and a large spacious walk-in closet and a TV to relax and watch your favorite show at the end of the day. This master suite has two double french doors that lead to the pool or in cooler months left open for a cool breeze while you sleep. Both guest rooms have queen beds and access to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The family room has comfortable leather seating and a large deck with a storage cabinet if you need to work or catch up on emails. The pool area has two covered seating areas, chaise lounges, a storage area for pool toys, and a propane BBQ grill. The pool area overlooks a lake and you'll want to spend most of your time in this outdoor oasis.
The garage in this home is not available for use however, plenty of driveway parking is available.

This home is located just 9 miles (20-minute drive) from the University Town Center Mall which is great for shopping and upscale restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is only 7 minutes away (3.7 miles) and downtown Sarasota is 14 minutes (6.9 miles). There is a Publix grocery store at Bayshore Gardens that is 8 minutes away (2.6 miles) and a Walmart Neighborhood Market that is just 9 minutes away (4.6 miles) to stock up on snacks, drinks, and food items or last-minute items you forgot to pack for the trip. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is a 31-minute drive (13.3 miles) or Lido Key Beach is 22 minutes (9 miles). Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Key Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. There are many great restaurants within a short car ride such as the Sunnyside Café which among other things has the best lobster roll sandwich in town!! Downtown Sarasota is a short 13-minute drive and abounds with restaurants, rooftop bars, and shopping. Other nearby restaurant selections are Mirna's Cuban, Mama G's Coffee shop for German baked goods, and Anna Maria Oyster Bar on US-41.

3—Pets are allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in the garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited.
12- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
