This Master Bedroom suite with King Bed and en-suite walk-in shower bathroom is a spectacular retreat. Equally impressive are the two Queen Guest Rooms and Guest bathroom with door access to the pool deck. Each bedroom is a cozy retreat, with plush bedding and decor that will make you feel like you're staying in a luxury beach resort.

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are allowed with prior approval and a 200.00 pet fee. This fee will not cover damages caused by the pet. NO DOGS IN POOL and will result in $500 fine for new filters and sanitary cleaning.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit and will result in $500 smoke remediation fine
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
12-Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do you not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
