It was iTrip's global marketing model and focus on customer satisfaction that attracted Bryan and Lottie to the franchise business. They own a vacation home in New Hampshire and know how challenging it can be to manage a rental without a skilled, professional property manager. Bryan, Lottie and their children have lived in communities across the country and enthusiastically made Denver their home. They love living in a place with 300 days of sunshine per year, which allows for lots of hiking and biking.
