Welcome to our spacious, opulent, yet oh-so-cozy, mountain home, affectionally named “The Luxurious Escape". Enjoy remote tranquility on 38 private acres. You'll feel completely removed from the hustle and bustle of the everyday and yet only minutes from downtown Fraser, Winter Park, and Tabernash.

Also, easy access to Grand County and Rt 40 that leads to ski country, great biking, hiking, fishing, and hot springs.

As you drive up to the Escape you will be taken away by the western style architecture, surrounded by the Rocky Mountain Forest. When you enter the house, the tall ceiling with the spacious living and dining area separate by a two-sided gas fireplace you will know that you are entering a home where great memories will be made.

The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with all appliances, and cutlery! Enjoy coffee by the carafe or the pod. After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie.

This beautiful home has four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bath. The master bedroom, with its ensuite bath, is secluded and very spacious and offers a private sitting area and a private patio.

This home's floor plan is perfect for larger families, multi-families, wedding parties, and small company/corporate retreats.

Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! The game room offers 2 separate decks that are located opposite each other. These two decks offer an outdoor living space that includes comfy chairs, where you can drink your morning coffee, enjoying mealtime outside, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of skiing or exploring. Imagine sitting, eyes closed, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and listening to the birds. Moose, deer, hummingbirds, and chipmunks are regulars with occasional visits from bobcats and Elk!

The second deck located in the back of the home has a sitting area and offers an 8-person hot tub as well as spectacular views!

The screened in sitting area, is located right outside the kitchen, offers a wood fireplace and wickers chairs. Here you can sit without being directly outside.

The private hot tub is located directly behind the house and is surrounded by a stone patio. Here, you may sit in the hot tub and enjoy the surrounding forest.

The nearby downtown Winter Park though just a short drive from the Escape, it's a picturesque mountain town in the Rockies. Where you can ski and snow board in the winter and bike, fish white water raft, horseback ride and hike in the summer. Winter Park is known for the beautiful scenery, peacefulness, and if you love wine, art, music, or theater, this small town is perfect for you.

Hot Sulphur Springs is located about 35 minutes from the Escape. Here you can soak in the natural Sulphur spring.

Although The Luxurious Escape is located on a county-maintained road, it is required that guests have an All-wheel drive (AWD) or 4 wheel drive vehicle from October 1st through April 30th. Please review the weather forecast as the mountains receive a lot of snowstorms.

**HOUSE RULES:**

Maximum occupancy: 10 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

No smoking or vaping inside the home

No parties or events without prior written approval.

Cancellation Policy: We need to impose a strict cancelation policy with this home. Please do not book if you believe you will not make your trip. If you do book and wish to cancel, please understand that you will not receive a refund.
