Mill Stream Cottage is the PERFECT destination for you vacation. Located on the banks of the Little Pigeon River, and right in the heart of Pigeon Forge the possibilities are endless! Enjoy a one minute walk to the Historic Old Mill District and dine at the Old Mill restaurant, or the Pottery House Café. All the attractions and shopping in Pigeon Forge are in easy walking distance. Stroll along the Riverwalk to the many venues at The Island and the LeConte Convention Center, which is a beautiful one mile walk or bike ride along the river. This beautiful and tastefully restored river cottage includes a private deck on the river, with another large deck for your enjoyment and relaxation. Make plans to fish, tube, wade, or even kayak down the river! Your group can also enjoy making s’mores around the fire pit. HOUSE RULES:

No more than 4x minors per adult.
Registered Guests must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings created by guests under 25 years of age will be cancelled without refund.
Late check-outs may incur a $50 per hour fee. This does disrupt our housecleaners schedule if not out on time.

We had a fabulous time at this little cottage. It is beautiful with a great layout. We were fortunate to meet the owners one evening. They were very nice and seemed like our "kind of people". We loved the fireplace and it was easy to ignore the go carts across the river while roasting marshmallows. I would recommend leaving cleaning tools, broom/dustpan, toilet brushes and a plunger (just in case) inside the rental and also extra blankets for the bedrooms and throw blankets for the living room. We will definitely book again if available.

We chose this home to celebrate a portion of our fiftieth anniversary and we were over the top satisfied. The home is exactly what we saw as advertised. It was immaculate, It was clean and sanitized. It was very comfortable. One of our favorite places to eat is the OLD MILL and you literally look down the street to see it. We had a wonderful time and will certainly choose to return. Additionally I have recently had a knee replacement so having everything accessible was a huge plus.

The Mill Stream Cottage exceeded our expectations. It is well kept and very spacious. It is also located within walking distance or a short drive from so many activities. We were right in the middle of everything yet it was still quiet. I would highly recommend this property and if we return to Pigeon Forge we would definitely stay here again.

This house is absolutely perfect! It is exceptionally clean and convenient to restaurants, activities and nature. It is nestled in a cute neighborhood where you can enjoy the creek sounds while sitting on the back porch. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our one week stay. We will definitely come back to this house next time we need a place in this area. We were sad to leave this hidden jewel!

We enjoyed our stay at Old Mill Stream Cottage while attending the Smokey Mtn Jubilee, and a week of trout fishing. It made it very easy to attend services, fish, and relax while worshiping Jesus, and thanking Him for His grace and mercy this past week. It was a great location (very close to shopping and the Leconte Center, and the river) , very clean, and wonderful owner. We met the owner on Friday and he was very nice. We cannot thank them enough for the accommodations they made for us while we were there and intend on staying again soon. Very nice staff with iTrip and had no problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend this cottage.

I took my mom and daughter for the weekend for their birthday. The home was exactly what we wanted and more. It was cozy and relaxing as well being on one level which worked best for my mom. My daughter enjoyed it so much she may book it for a stay with her friends in the future.

This cottage is beautiful and was beyond my expectations. It was warm and inviting and extremely clean. It is just a short walk to the Old Mill. It has a really nice deck that overlooks the creek and would be nice to use during warm weather. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing missing that would've been nice was a hot tub but it won't keep me from staying there again. 5 Stars!!

Great location if you’d love to be in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, & music! Love the river in the backyard as well. This is a great house with the convenience of amenities and having nature in your back yard. House was very clean and updated & we have absolutely no negative remarks. Will love to stay here again!
