Heavenly Hangout is a NEWER BUILT cabin offering AMAZING VIEWS of the Great Smoky Mountains with great furnishings. Located in Cobbly Nob this hidden gem is just 0a short 13-miles from Gatlinburg. You are only minutes from hiking, nature trails, streams and other outdoor activities. The vaulted ceilings and stone accented fireplace welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door. The decor and furnishings are clean, tasteful and comfortable! This may just be your favorite family getaway for years to come! For the avid golfer, enjoy a great day outdoors at the Bent Creek Golf Course just 2-miles from the cabin.

As you step inside to Heavenly Hangout you will notice the Open Living Room loaded with windows to capture those amazing views. The electric fireplace with the stone accents sets the mood for those quiet evenings to enjoy some downtime after your long day of adventures in the Smoky Mountains! When you are ready to sit down and have a nice dinner, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything to help prepare that delicious meal. From morning sunrises, to evening sunsets, make your way on out to the balcony, a great "Heavenly Hangout" with your first cup of coffee, or evening glass of wine. What a better way to unwind in the evening than to just soak in the amazing views and fresh air. Young and old alike can enjoy the upstairs game room loft, either watching movies, a game of pool or some arcade games. The Smokies offers over 800 miles of hiking trails if that is your passion. Greenbrier offers some great trails or head over to Cosby and enjoy Hen Wallow Falls.

We enjoyed our stay!! This cabin was super cute! We saw deer off the deck and a bear and her cubs just down the road not far from cabin. We had fun playing pool and video games. Nice little cabin!

Our recent trip to Heavenly Hangout was amazing. The sunsets from this cabin are breathtaking. The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful. From the tastefully decorated rooms and comfortable beds. The drive to get access to these beautiful views and the cabin kept my heart in my throat it is a very steep winding road with several hairpin turns. We have an all wheel drive SUV and had no issues but if we had brought our F250 it would have been hard to navigate the hairpin turns. The is a little ways out of town (15 miles outside of Gatlinburg) but it was quiet and so peaceful.

We are so excited to come back to Gatlinburg and spend more time in the cabin because we are planning to do more things here but the time passed so quickly and when we check we forget to celebrate my daughters 16 birthday and we left the ice cream cake here. This place is amazing! Clean organized. Everything we needed was there. Bear came right to the house along with deer and other wildlife. The drive to the house is a little scary at first. But once you get used to it, it’s fine. Pull out sofa was hard and no one could sleep on it. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone!

We absolutely loved our cabin in the mountains! Everything we needed was there for a great family vacation. Clean, inviting and the best views! We utilized a free adult pass at Dollywood too and that was a great added perk! 10/10 all around!

Overall experience was good there were a few things that were disappointing. The views were amazing and the bear sightings were great. However the cleaning company could have done a better job cleaning the outside area for example the grill looked like an animal was living in it, the swing on the patio had bird droppings all over it so it couldn’t be used. There was no Wi-Fi in the house from the first day we got there. Guy came out twice to fix it and still didn’t work. Pool table sticks were missing rubber tips and there was no caulk. Had to do some leg work to get the pool pass finally got it on day 4.

What an amazing trip! Although it was hard driving through the sharp uphill turns on our arrival late at night, we got the hang of it. To be safe, chose to return each night from then on before sunset — and what beautiful sunsets they were. My daughter and I loved our scenic morning jog with great uphill and downhill challenges. My sons and wife sharpened their pool skills and also enjoyed the retro video games. We cooked in every night. Great outdoor grill for steaks and burgers, and inside we used the crockpot to make a delicious slow cooked roast. The absolute highlight was the wildlife. We were amazed to see deer casually strolling by each day, but we were beyond excited to be visited by 2 beautiful bears one evening just before sunset. They peacefully passed right in front of the cabin and continued on their way. We can’t wait to return!

We had a great time during our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (kids 14, 12, 10) and the house was very nice. We cooked three dinners there and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed several games at the pool table and on the arcade machine, which was really nice during the couple days with rainy weather. We enjoyed the views from the back deck, especially at sunset. We would definitely stay there again as it is only about 20 min from Gatlinburg which is perfect for us as we prefer to be away from the crowds. Thank you for the great place to stay!

We came from Michigan, 1st family vacation out of state. My daughter loved the cabin, the views and seeing a Mama bear ? and 3 cubs. Definitely would stay again only issue we had was with door code wasn't right. Luckily we got one as soon as i called. And the security alarm was fun trying to figure out how to use. Should have a essy follow step by step.

Beautiful cabin with a lovely view. Enjoyed seeing the black bear almost daily. The drive was the only downside to the cabin. It’s steep and treacherous, especially at night. If you are planning daily outings to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge they are 30-45 minutes away. Some destinations are longer such as Cades Cove. Cabin was clean and decorated nicely, beds are super super soft though.

Everything was perfect. Very clean, beautiful views, lots of animal activity. Bear almost every day on the porch!! The cabin is perfectly located on top of the mountain and no road noise or anything but still close enough to everything you want to do. Just be aware of your surroundings, the bears literally try to open the front door so be sure it is locked at all times!!! Wonderful time and perfect cabin!! Will definitely be coming back to this cabin.

Our stay started off on the wrong foot when we arrived at 5:00 p.m. - an hour past the authorized check in time of 4:00 p.m. - and the 4-digit key code we were told to use did not work. We called the number and the woman said she would have to call back. She called back and gave us a new code to use. There were a few other minor maintenance issues (slow drain, bedroom door not latching, etc.) that, while annoying, was not worth calling to repair. I did leave a list of maintenance items in the unit at checkout. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is new and very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck watching the black bear that showed up late each afternoon. Also the views were stunning. If not for the issues noted would be a 5-star review.
