Is cleaning included with my stay?

Cleaning is not included but it is available. Please contact us directly for rates and scheduling. 
No it is not. The cleaning fee covers only a departure cleaning on the day of your checkout.

However additional cleaning services are available and can be arranged as frequently as you would like for various charges (depending on the service you would like). Please let us know if you'd like more information.
You will check into Westgate Resort at the Front Desk and be given a key to your room.
Yes. Internet access is available as a courtesy service through the Westgate for the duration of your stay. 
Yes, as our guest you have full access to all of the resort amenities. 
Yes. Parking is available in a covered garage on a first come first served basis. Additional parking is available in an exterior lot. Valet parking is also available through the resort.

This unit was perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean upon arrival and included all the essentials we needed. Beds were comfy and the fireplace made it seem very cozy. Westgate exceeded our expectations! Beautiful resort, new and not outdated unlike what reviews say. It had a lodge decor so it’s not bright and white and modern, but it’s definitely not run down or dated. Check in was easy, the front desk staff explained how to get around and gave us a map. It’s not confusing if you just pay attention to them. Great amenities with valet parking, ski lockers and delivery of equipment to the gondola or lobby. Beds are comfy, shower is fantastic. Only complaint is that the unit doesn’t have spices, condiments, foil, etc. We will definitely return!

Overall great location The check in process was not so great. They basically just handed us a key without telling us anything about the resort. I had to ask for a map. Usually when checking into resorts they give you information about how to get around . The layout of the resort is very confusing We stayed in room 4307 you would think that is the 4th floor but it’s not it’s the 3 rd. The entire place is confusing to get around. Room was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at the westgate! The condo was well appointed with all basic kitchen utensils and cookware. The beds and showers are definitely two highlights - the rainforest walk in shower also converts into a steam room. We ended up extending an additional week and the iTrip staff were very helpful.

The condo was very spacious. Second bedroom was completely separate from the main condo. Perfect for groups traveling together. Bed was very comfortable. It was extremely quiet. Giant jetted tub with plenty of hot water. We will definitely stay again.

Westgate 4307 A&B

Westgate is a great location for skiing Park City, especially on the Canyons side. Westgate also offers convenient shuttle service to start your day on the Park City side, as well as to access the market to stock up for your stay. The Westgate boot room and ski valet also makes it very convenient to get on the slopes. Other Westgate amenities such as the outdoor pools and hot tubs are also welcome after a day of skiing. The unit was functional, clean and adequately stocked, but the decor is a bit dated - it delivered as advertised and was a decent value for the location and convenience it offered. ITrips should work to make the check in procedure more efficient, as it took a few calls between iTrips and the Westgate front desk once we arrived to confirm our reservation.

We had a great stay! iTrip was super responsive - the only thing that needed attention is that the humidifiers were not working, we called iTrip and they had the front desk bring us new ones right away. The coffee brand could be better so bring your own coffee.

Great location for the slopes!

The Westgate is a beautiful resort with great amenities on site. There are restaurants, a coffee bar, spa and exercise facility. There are several places to rent ski equipment on the resort and skier lockers and skier services to store your equipment so you don’t have to haul everything back and forth to your room. The rooms are good sized and the steam showers at the end of the day are awesome. The Westgate has shuttles to take you to Park City for skiing, downtown for shopping or restaurants. Park City is our favorite place to ski and this location was great for our family.

I spent weeks researching a 3 bedroom VRBO in the park city area to accommodate our family of 5 adults. I finally narrowed it down to the bear hollow village 3 bedroom. Upon arriving Monday evening to the perfect condo that fit our criteria (it was spotless, well maintained and the kitchen was perfect), we had to move. The air conditioner in the condo was broken so after arriving late in the day and unpacking 5 people and waiting for the air conditioning to kick in (it was 85 degrees inside when we got in) we were offered what we were told was an upgrade to a nearby 2 bedroom resort. It was a last minute decision, with Itrip giving us a choice between two places, the first of which did not have favorable reviews. The resort we were sent to was in need of updating, and the carpet was disgusting. The kitchen was tiny and did not have many things we needed so we ended up eating out which was not part of our vacation budget. We knew from the description that one of us would need to sleep on a pullout couch but did not realize when set up that took up the entire living area. Though the itrip texter was very nice, offering to bring us whatever we needed to cook in our room, (which I couldnt even begin to list) we felt that the accommodations were not comparable at all to our original reservation. It felt like we were in an outdated hotel with a kitchen that was substandard.The itrip texter (that is all I know to call him or her by) also offered us passes for a free activity in the area but we only had 2 days in the area with plans already in place so we could not even use that. We actually tried to book something we thought might fit in but booking was such a hassle that we gave up. When I asked for perhaps a free breakfast at the resort, the itrip texter said that was not possible, again offering to get whatever we needed to cook, which would have been impossible and probably even more costly. I was again reminded that this resort was considered an upgrade which I find hard to believe. In my opinion, if itrip is managing these VRBOs, perhaps the air conditioning can be checked ahead of arrival, especially when it is very hot outside. I know things can break last minute but I also know from the calendar that that particular condo had not been occupied for awhile. As far as the resort goes, the carpet issue definitely needs to be addressed if this is considered an upgrade. I also left a note for the housekeeping that the bed side tables were sticky and dirty and the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. I am still on vacation and plan on contacting itrip when I return home. Or you may contact me after 7/30/18 at 614-353-5958. Our park city stay was a disappointing and frustrating part of our family vacation.

Overall Good Experience

There is nothing wrong with the Unit. It was great. The Westgate has positives and negatives. The amenities (pool restaurants etc) were great. The place is an architectural nightmare. Takes literally days to find your way around. Level changes to get certain places with multiple elevators required. Ski shop (Aloha) was awesome to deal with and is in the resort. It doesn't operate like a ski in skinout because of the protocol they follow. Room to ski lifts is a long walk. The ski valet service requires you to walk there to personally request your skiis. It is on one level. The locker room for ski boots, helmets etc is on another (different) floor. So getting out to the slopes is far from effortless. The staff are all very nice. So overall net positive but for the $ I wouldn't call it a true "ski in-ski out" facility. The Canyons was great ski mountain!

Happy you enjoyed the unit, but sad to hear that the resort itself was confusing. Some do find it difficult on day one or two, but after that it's typically ok. There's tons of signage and directions/maps at the front desk and in the unit, so hopefully that helped out. This unit is also quite close to the elevator, so access is easier than many of the other condos with lower #s.
