Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed to a light-filled, open-concept space. To the right is the great room, a new down-filled, high-end L-shaped sleeper sofa surrounding the beautiful gas fireplace. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather and relax by the fire or to watch the big game together! Adjacent to the great room is a formal dining room with a custom hardwood dining table and comfortable seating for dinner guests. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar. The thoughtful floor plan continues onto the gorgeous modern chef's kitchen with stunning granite countertops, a high-end Viking gas range and oven, a Viking French Door Fridge, and a large stainless steel apron sink.
Guests will continue down the hall with a full-size HE washer and dryer, a storage closet, and a spacious half-bathroom.
Upstairs, the elegant primary suite is flooded with natural light from the large glass doors leading to a private patio with a comfortable sofa and a private hot tub.
