As indicated on the rental agreement, all iTrip Park City properties have a strict no-party policy. 

For everyone's safety, do not exceed the listed max occupancy of the home and amenities.

Unless otherwise listed, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please observe them and be respectful of the home and neighbors. 

All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing. 

Violations are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Great location, some issues

The condo overall met our needs though it is very basic. However there were some issues. 1) I made my reservation on VRBO and although the host informed me that iTrip was the property manager, the check-in information on VRBO and via email pertained to the old property manager which was unclear to me. I never received check-in information from iTrip so I had no reason to know that what I had was incorrect. As a result, I ended up bothering the wrong person, having to speak directly to the host, and spending 30 minutes in the cold outside before gaining access to the condo. 2) Cleanliness - there was a bunch of hair left in the guest shower and what appeared to be beads from a bracelet scattered all over the primary bathroom. 3) The checkout procedure said to put all garbage into an outside dumpster or garbage can, but we were unable to locate one. Instead we consolidated all trash into the main kitchen trashcan. 4) The bottom window in the room with two twins has no covering and is not frosted, meaning it is completely visible to the street outside. This is very awkward for anyone trying to get dressed in that room.
