Welcome to our renovated Silvertown Condo perfectly located in downtown Park City. This updated, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation property offers every amenity, upgrade, and feature you could want for an unforgettable stay! The home is located just 200 yards from Park City, the largest ski resort in the United States, and offers guests a prime location from which to enjoy all the activities and attractions in the area.
The condo is tastefully decorated with comfortable and stylish mountain modern furnishings and decor. The bright and spacious family room is equipped with a 55” HDTV with Comcast TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating for all. The living area features hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. Guests will also have access to one of two private balconies, which offer stunning views of the surrounding area.
The gourmet kitchen has been fully renovated and is complete with new cabinetry, flooring, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen overlooks the living area and features beautiful hardwood cabinets, granite counters, and a breakfast bar with comfortable seating. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including flatware, dishes, and cookware.
The condo features three large and comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality bedding, plush pillows, and cozy throws to ensure a good night's sleep. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. There are two modern and updated bathrooms with all the necessary amenities.
There is a private washer and dryer located in the closet of the primary suite.
Guests can also enjoy access to the on-site communal hot tub, additional coin-operated laundry facilities, and Park City's free transit system. There is a convenience store/market just across the street, and a supermarket and Starbucks coffee shop are just two blocks away.
