Two couples stayed for a long weekend. The condo was clean and quiet even though the property is under construction. We were very comfortable and glad we chose to stay here rather than a hotel. Lots of room, comfortable beds, large master bathroom, washer/dryer, walkable to many places… everything you need. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great experience with our stay at All Seasons. Great location and plenty of space. We had a problem with our hot water and someone came to fix it within an hour on New Year's eve. Would recommend this property with iTrip.

We enjoyed our Christmas week in Unit 104 at All Seasons. Despite some of the issues, we feel that the pros outweigh the cons. Pros: The condo has a nice layout with a great room and what could be considered 2 master suites, plus a twin bedroom with its own bath. All rooms are spacious, including the bathrooms, and the condo is nicely equipped and with lots of closet space. Underground garage parking is convenient and safe. An elevator takes you from the underground garage to the first floor, so the unit is wheelchair accessible. Park City Resort is within walking distance. A giant hot tub — actually a small pool — is right outside the door to the condo. Cons: Some kitchen appliances are dated and the microwave cover is loose. There are lots of kitchen utensils, but not a single sharp knife. (We bought one). Although signs ask that ski boots not be worn, the noise from people going up and down stairs in their boots is annoying in the morning and evening, The mattresses in the twin room should be upgraded. The TV in the great room is located in an awkward corner and can’t be viewed by some people.

All Seasons was a great place to stay for a recent snow ski trip for our family at Park City. It is well kept and clean with perfect accommodations for a family and a short, easy walk to the slopes for snow skiing. It has washer and dryer plus full kitchen and ample living room space. I would definitely be happy to stay there again!

We loved our stay here! The space fit our family’s needs perfectly and we enjoyed the perks that came with it like the discounted ski rentals and ice skating. We would definitely stay here again! For travelers with young children, there are exit doors in the two bedrooms with the queen and twin beds. We blocked/covered those and had no issues, but just something to be aware of.

We just enjoyed two wonderful weeks with our family in Park City and this condo made a perfect homebase! The location cannot be beat — ski right off the slopes to the doors, 15 min walk to town (or take the super convenient/free bus right outside the door), and across the street from grocery / starbucks / running trails. This condo would be great for any group, but it’s especially awesome for families. Ground floor location makes for easy access, only five steps away from the 100 degree pool, and the easy layout and carpeting make for a very comfortable stay with kids. It’s got everything you need for a comfortable stay (laundry, well-stocked kitchen, extra linens, desks), and we found it to be the best $ value in PC. We are so grateful to have had such a fun place to stay so that we could make great family memories.

We have kids ages 3-7 years old. We we're all very comfortable. Check in was SO simple and the host was super friendly. The kitchen well stocked and I had everything I needed to cook a variety of meals. The covered parking made the visit even more comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We are enjoying our stay at All Seasons Condominiums! We love the location of our room! By the front door, bottom floor, across from the pool. Couldn’t get better location. We had an issue with fans not working (no AC) and maintenance ran to Home Depot to buy us new ones. Such service! The only thing that I would suggest is to have more dish towels and more cooking utensils. LOVE PARK CITY!

Very nice apartment. Clean. Location is wonderful! Close to mountain, bus route, restaurants, grocery store and easy to get to Main Street. The location is the main huge advantage. It is a very dark apartment, during the day even though there are large windows, there is a large overhang that prevents sun from coming in. Also, the windows are right by a complex door that everyone has to use to exit the complex so somewhat of a fishbowl apartment. Only reason to give it 4 stars.

The unit was a great space. We were a family of 5, the two little ones were in the room with two twins, teenager in room with double and parents in Master. Towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner were great. I agree with other reviewers that the unit needs more lighting, maybe stronger wattage of bulbs? Fireplace has a key to turn on propane but we had to contact maintenance about the pilot light… turns out you just had to use the large “Bic” lighter in drawer. I also agree with other reviewer about placement of TV, only the great chair and part of the couch have viewing angles. This particular unit #104 is directly across from heated pool and it’s GREAT! Hopped on the city bus with skis for one stop to Mountain Village base. Took city bus home for one stop as well. Easy to walk to Starbucks, a little further to Fresh Market and even a little further to walk to State Liquor Store (note that it’s closed on holidays). Maintenance and iTrip were quick to help/resolve anything (they dropped off brand new blankets for us as well)

Great condo in an excellent location. Bus stops right outside the door which takes you to the bottom of the ski lifts or directly into Main Street. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable for 6 people. We loved our stay!

We had a great time staying at the All Seasons 3 Bedroom Park City Condo. Our friends rented a car, but we did not. It is definitely possible to get around by bus. The bus stop is right outside. The space was large. All necessary amenities were available. We enjoyed using the heated spa pool. 7 minute walk or bus ride to the hill.

So far we are very pleased with our stay. The unit is much larger than we had anticipated. Everything was clean and in order upon our arrival. The kitchen has everything we need. The condo was as advertised. Clean too! A couple of possible suggestions: Make sure that all the lamps work (they don’t). If there was a way to brighten up the living room/dining room/kitchen area that would be good. Please use real flat sheets on the beds with elastic corners. Really irritating to get caught up in a sheet that should be flat. Is there a way to keep the shower from surging hot/cold? Otherwise fine. -Si

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit was clean, spacious and well maintained. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and also come together. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were all nice and there were plenty of towels etc. Pool was warm and right outside our door. With a decent amount of seating and good sun exposure. Parking felt secure in the underground garage. Having the bus stop right outside the front door was very convenient. There was even a bike shop literally next door which was a plus for us. The only negatives were all minor and nit picky: The master bedroom was right over the underground parking door so light sleepers could be awakened by that opening and closing. 2 of the 3 fans didn't work and it got a little stuff in the unit on warmer days. The dryer worked well, but didn't shut off, so had to pay attention to how long clothes had been in it.

Family ski holiday consisting of 6 (4 adults and 2 teenagers). Positives: The Condo was clean and had everything one could need to host and cook. Bedrooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable. House was nice and warm. Gas fireplace was inviting. Plenty of space in kitchen/dining room/sitting rom. Pool was clean and hot. Pool jets were very good for sore bodies after skiing. Great location with bus stop outside. PC Base a 10 minute walk if you want to skip the bus! Negitives: Cable TV and internet dropped out most of the time. We ended up not using TV due to frustration of it constantly freezing which wasn’t such a bad thing in the end as we spent more quality time hanging out and chatting. As for internet, we just worked of our phone carriers. It didn’t bother the adults to much but teenagers were frustrated. Noisy during the hours of 8am-10am with guests above on the next level heading skiing and ski boots making noise as they left. Notice was there indicating ski boots not allowed on deck, but this instruction was not adhered to. However it didn’t wake anyone as we were all up having breakfast preparing to head out to the slopes also! No key available for the drying room storage cupboards. No vacuum available but was provided upon request promptly. Showers need to be pulled out very forcefully to turn them on. We didn’t know this and it took a few phone calls to guest services to figure out what was going on. Ultimately it was a family ski holiday and the negatives did not hughly impact or goal of having a memorable family holiday on the beautiful champagne snow powdered Park City slopes.

The condo itself is beautiful, and is right within an easy walk from the resort. My wife was a little nervous as there wasn't a chain or dead-bolt for the front door (no means to lock the door from the inside). We were more concerned that our 2 year old would let himself out of the condo while we were asleep. A little creative dad-ing made things work. Also, the lack of air conditioner can be a little hot in the summertime. Make sure to use the fans that are in the closets with an open window, and things will be comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback on the door; it is in fact a deadbolt lock - so very secure, but we will inform the Owners and see if we can add a secondary interior lock - 5 feet high or so - for kids. Nice, clean condo with 2 large master suites and small 3rd bedroom, conveniently located next to PCMR. Property Management was responsive to issue with Internet and resolved quickly. Kitchen is lacking some basic knives - nothing to chop an onion with.
