The property boasts a private saltwater pool (can be heated upon request at $35/day plus tax Dec.-April) perfect for a refreshing swim, while the fully fenced yard ensures privacy and tranquility while you enjoy a cookout or a relaxing evening by the fire pit. With both a main floor and a downstairs living area this is the perfect family vacation home!
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and comforts of home. Step out of the kitchen and enjoy a coffee and a bit of sunshine on the small deck that overlooks the beautiful pool area.
Head upstairs to the Master Bedroom Suite with its own private full bathroom, large screen TV, and private door leading outside to staircase down to the pool. Also located upstairs are two additional guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom in the hall.
Head downstairs where you will find an additional half bath, laundry room, additional sleeping/lounging area if needed, Large Screen TV and double doors that open to the pool.
One dog would be considered with a pet fee and agreement of no dogs in the pool

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are not allowed.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Garage door opener, if applicable, is to be returned upon move-out by Tenant if provided. There will be a $50.00 charge if lost or missing upon check-out.
11—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
12—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
13-You agree to only operate fans in bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.
14- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do you not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
