Keep your eyes open when hiking, Moose families are not uncommon when visiting the lakes, rivers and meadows that splatter across the mountain landscape. No swimming or dogs are allowed as the area is a Watershed for the population in the Valley below. Everyone in Alta is an outdoor enthusiast and tlps are freely shared as you visit the pubs, cafes and restaurants locally run by small businesses. Aptly nicknamed "A Powder Roost," Hellgate A condo offers a unique blend of retro charm and modern comfort, ideally situated between the renowned Alta and Snowbird ski resorts. Here, you'll experience the Greatest Snow on Earth right at your doorstep.
Step inside this cozy and inviting condo, where every detail is designed for your comfort and relaxation. The spacious living area features a comfortable couch, a flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare a hot breakfast to fuel your day, and the dining area seats eight, making it easy to enjoy meals together.
The long outdoor deck, accessible from both the living area and the bedrooms, offers stunning views of the surrounding woods and snowy peaks. It's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or relax in the evening as you take in the serene mountain scenery.

This condo comfortably accommodates up to seven guests:
Master Bedroom: King bed (can be separated into two twins) with an attached bathroom
Second Master Bedroom: King bed (can be separated into two twins) with an attached bathroom
Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle and an attached full bath

Additional Information:
Shuttle service is available from the condo to both Alta and Snowbird resorts. Detailed instructions for using the shuttle will be provided in the guestbook upon your arrival.
Policies:
No pets (Little Cottonwood Canyon is a protected watershed)
No parties
No smoking, vaping, or drugs on the premises
Interlodge:
Interlodge is a safety restriction on outdoor travel and activities ordered by the Marshall in the Town of Alta. During Interlodge, guests are required to stay indoors until avalanche control and road dangers are mitigated. These events are beyond our control and usually occur in the early morning, completing by around 9 AM. However, they can occasionally extend into the day. We strongly encourage travel insurance for this reason.

2. What if my car gets stuck in the snow? What if I miss my flight? What if there is an avalanche in the Canyons that prevents me from skiing? We strongly encourage TRAVEL INSURANCE.

Frequently Asked Questions
Tenant is at least 25 years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of monies.
Tenant agrees to adhere to fire safety practices. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection.
There is no daily maid service. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves additional effort and time.
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of utilities. Outages will be reported immediately.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and the use of illegal Drugs is strictly prohibited. You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking or illegal drug use is found. Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Only Service Animals, or other pets approved in writing, are allowed on the premises. Tenant agrees to payment of Pet Fee when applicable. Any damages incurred from the animals will be covered by the Tenant.
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate and forfeit monies for any of the following: Occupancy exceeds the sleeping capacity of people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
iTrip, iTrip Salt Lake City or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does iTrip, iTrip Salt Lake City or Owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include smart devices which enable the property manager and or owner thd ability to control costs, prevent unauthorized parties or any other information that assists in the maintenance of the home.
Tenant also acknowledges a private/community pool and/or hot tub. Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the private/community pool and/or hot tub patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone in such surroundings. With full knowledgement of the above facts and warnings, the Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the private/community pool, hot tub and patio/deck areas.
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet.
Parking on the Street is not encouraged. Tickets incurred by the Guest must be paid by the Guest. iTrip and Owner are not liable for disobedience to the law.
All items left behind will be placed in storage. We are happy to ship items for you for a service fee of $15 plus the cost of shipping. Your guest account will be charged for this service once the item has been shipped. After 30 days items will be donated to local charities.
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
I understand that by "clicking" or "booking" this property that I have read the terms and conditions related to this property, I am bound by this agreement and I have signed "electronically", and that this Authorization cannot be revoked.
