This lovely townhouse is located mountainside on the southern slopes of Whistler Mountain in the exclusive Taluswood development. Ski-in/ski-out access is just across the street to the famous Dave Murray Downhill run leading to the Creekside Gondola and Creekside Village. This unit is just lovely with spectacular views of the valley below, twin lakes, and the Tantalus mountain range. Comfortable for the whole family with spacious open floor plan.

*Cancellation Policy. You can cancel your booking up till 45 days prior to your trip. There will be a 10% fee, or $100 (whichever is greater).

AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Fantastic location. Ski hill access is just a short walk down the street to Gondola. Great, well appointed unit for a family. (Perfect for 5 people) hot tub was inviting way to relax after a day on the slopes.

We enjoyed the furnishings and fully stocked kitchen at this lovely townhouse. Very quiet location. Our only confusion was the parking. We were told at check-in to park anywhere in the lot (no assigned spots), but on our first night we received a note left on our vehicle from another tenant asking us to park only in our assigned spot (presumably we had parked in his spot). Hopefully this confusion can be sorted out for future guests.

Great Condo, Great Experience

The condo was clean, well furnished and had comfortable beds. Had covered parking convenient to the condo. The hot tub was close to the unit, well sized and great atmosphere after a long day on the mountain. In room laundry and mud room with boot dryers were very helpful in keeping the place from smelling like a gym. It’s listed as ski on ski off which it can be with a short uphill walk to end the day, but we found it easier to park for free at creekside rather than ski in to creekside gondola to start the day. Creekside is the quieter than the village and very family friendly which is what we were looking for. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and a beautiful condo. We stayed for 3 days and we had everything we needed. The view off the balcony was awesome and the full kitchen and huge dining table were great. I would definitely stay there agai

Lovely ski condo

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! It’s very quiet and well appointed. I especially loved the heated slate floors. The walk to the ski hill is not exactly “easy,” but it’s doable, especially going to the mountain. Coming back, after a long day of skiing, the walk is uphill.

Clean, updated, condo right off the slopes

We spent 8 night at this condo and this property was perfect. It was the perfect size, location and comfort. You're a 3 minute walk to the slopes where you ski down to the Creekside Gondola and then ski off at the end of the day. The property had toiletries when we arrive (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, soap etc.) . There was pots and pans for making breakfast. A washer and dryer, with laundry detergent. The hot tub was 4 doors down from the condo. The response time from the property managers (particularly Bob) at iTrip Whistler Prime Vacation Properties Ltd was impeccable. Any questions asked was answered immediately and accurately. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.

Great Place!

We just got back from a 5 day stay! The place is beautiful, really well appointed, comfortable. We are a family of 4 with two adult children and the space was awesome. The only reason for the 4 and not a 5 is that this is not a ski -in/ ski-out accommodation. We booked it thinking it was true ski-in/ski-out. The entrance to the mountain that is the closest is also black diamond so to get to a flatter part is a longer walk. In the end it turned out ok and definitely the beauty of the place compensated for the initial disappointment. We might come back in the summer for hiking! One other thing...the hot tub wasn't working properly. The jets were not turning on. We notified reception the first day but it wasn't fixed. The water was hot so we still used it, but it would have been nice to have the jets. One last thing...thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Family Day Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at our unit. It was extremely well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Only two minor issues upon check-in. One was our entry code was incorrect and we could not get into the unit and had to call down. Secondly the wifi password was written down incorrectly and that too needed clarification.

Beautiful home away from home

My family had a fantastic Whistler ski vacation. This condo was clean, comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. We loved having big bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen and a hot tub right down the path. Creekside is easy to access, either a short walk down the road and ski to the bottom of the gondola or park in free parking across the street from the gondola, both options are quick and easy. This condo has beautiful views, is quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay here again!

Great getaway!

We loved staying here for a family getaway! The condo is perfect for a family with small kids (we have a 3 yo and 8 month baby). Our son did the ski camp at Creekside and the location was great! Everything was clean, well stocked and nice. Ski out to Creekside or take a quick drive to Whistler village from the condo.
