This comfortable townhouse has easy access ground level entry (6 stairs only) and has been fully remodelled including

newly painted rooms and new carpets, a recently purchased new sofa bed, 50 inch TV, queen mattress for the master bedroom and all new linens. A superb location only 3 minute walk to the Creekside Gondola. Beautifully renovated

- Master Bedroom: Queen bed, full size closet and fan available

- Living Space: Sofa bed with Queen mattress, wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, seating for 4. Just off main living space is a lofted platform with railings that has an additional futon style mattress (not suitable for young children)

- Laundry is NOT in unit, however there is a public laundromat across the street

- Village Access: Creekside village is right outside your door and to access main Whistler village it is a 6 minute drive or the bus runs just outside the complex

- Lift Access: 3 minute walk to Creekside Gondola

- Ski Storage & Bike Storage: Bike rack for use in parking lot or bikes can be locked right outside of unit door on your deck

- Parking: Outdoor FREE parking as well as additional visitor pass for guest

*Cancellation Policy. You can cancel your booking up till 30 days prior to your trip. There will be a 10% fee of deposit or $100 (whichever is greater).

AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Great place! The location is perfect! Less than a five minute walk to the Creekside Gondola. My son and I were there the last week of March and there were no crowds! We waited less than 1 minutes for a lift. Some runs we were the only ones skiing them! Would recommend this unit to anyone!

Absolutely the best location for accessing Whistler mountain to ski. Close to groceries.... the condo is a perfect size and has everything you need. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic location and all of the amenities close by. Even car charging stations in the parking lot across the street. Access to Creekside gondola only takes a few minutes. Our dog also had a great time!

Location can’t be beat. But the place seems to have been neglected for a while. The table, coffee table, bench, and chairs were all falling apart. Every screw was loose or missing. One of the chairs actually broke while sitting on it though luckily I didn’t fall. The price pretty well reflects the quality of this place. So I’d still recommend. The loft is dangerous for anyone under 12 years old. A mattress blocks 2/3 of the entry hole. And there are no hand holds above the ladder to pull yourself up.

Quick walk to the lift. The room is a bit funky, washroom could use some updating, but fun space for a couple, maybe an older kid (our family). The climb into the loft isn’t for the faint of heart. Wouldn’t work for little kids. Fun room. Great location.

Weekend gateaway in February

We stayed in the unit for a couple of nights on the weekend on our skiing trip to Whistler. The location is great and very close 2 min walk to the Creekside gondola. The unit is clean and had everything we needed for the trip. Kitchen is small but very functional and was very useful for us since we prefer to cook instead of staying in the long lineups at the local restaurants. The unit has a wood burning fireplace which is very nice to sit at after the long day of skiing. Although you have to buy your own wood at the local grocery store. The unique feature of the unit is the single bed near the sealing which is an extra sleeping space. Overall it was a great stay.

Our recent stay went well. The condo is small, but it had everything we needed. My only issue was the lack of counter space in the kitchen. We didn't do much cooking, but a little kitchen island or something would be a great addition when you're trying to prep a bagel or make tea. This condo is in a great place. You can walk to the grocery store and the gondola. There are also some nice walking trails nearby. I saw a bear one morning outside the condo in the parking lot. That was pretty cool!

Creekside village is just across the street and Creekside Gondola is not too far! Very clean and comfortable. There's great Aveda products if you forget yours at home. My 14 year old LOVED the loft and now wants one at home.

Sent three nights at this location and it was great. Close to the lifts and restaurants. Had no issues with parking and the place was clean and organized. Kitchen was a bit dated but does the job. Would definitely go back to this spot again 5 stars all the way

Lovely apartment at Whistler Creekside, close to ski / bike lift, supermarket and bus etc. Easy to get to Whistler Village, and in a nice quiet location. The shower didn't work brilliantly and could do with an update, but the apartment is really comfortable and well fitted out.

Great Place for a Small Group

We just returned from a great stay at Gondola Village Unit 1. The location was perfect and an easy stroll with young kids to Creekside gondola, ski school and shops/restaurants. This was our first time to Whistler, we were happy we chose the quieter location in Creekside over the main village. The unit was clean, easily accessible and spacious enough for our family of four. The loft was an added bonus for the kids to have some downtime while we stayed below and enjoyed a glass of wine and complimentary Netflix. The kitchen is small but fine for a quick breakfast before the slopes or small meal/snack in the evening. We were only there for 4 nights so we ate out most nights. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Highly recommend this unit and we'll definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

We are a 50 yo couple who were looking to book a last minute getaway to Whistler. As it was so late the prices in the area were very expensive. We stumbled upon this unit, which was reasonably priced and seemed to meet our needs. Very happy that we found this unit. It is as advertised. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, new comfy couch. TV with cable and netflix. There were a few minor cosmetic items but nothing that you really noticed unless you are being super picky. The kitchen is small and the microwave and stove aren't new but we weren't there to cook large meals anyway. There were plenty of utensils and dinnerware, as well anything you could think of to cook with (in). New toaster and kettle also. We were struck by the little touches such as the spices on the side of the fridge. While it is not a new unit it was obvious that someone has taken the time to make it homey and welcoming. Check in was simple with detailed instructions. Location was nice and quiet. Close to Starbucks and a market as well as bus stops and the Creekside Gondola. Had a great weekend would visit again.
