Nestled along State Forest and Wilderness Preserve, River Bend Condos sit right on a point where Little Lake George joins the St. John's River. Great fishing is found in the Ocklawaha River, directly across from the condo, as well as Lake George, Salt Run, and Silver Glen, just a short boat ride away. Views are enhanced by the location of this property along the inside of a northward bend in the river. Bring your own boat to launch from the backyard! A boat slip and trailer parking is available, so you don't have to leave the property to get out on the water! Enjoy manatee watching, fishing, cookouts and sunbathing by the pool. Rest well in two bedrooms, one outfitted with a king bed, and the second with a queen bed. For your safety, the weight limit for bunk beds is 100 pounds.

We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check Out Time is at 10:00 AM! But before you leave, be sure to:
 

  • Please empty the refrigerator.

  • Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.

  • Please do not strip sheets but leave beds unmade.

  • Pile all dirty towels in the bathroom or laundry room.

  • If you have rearranged any furniture or placed any items out of sight, please put them back as they were when you arrived.

  • Please be sure to collect all of your belongings.

  • Please remove all trash and place it in the respective trash recepticle. 


*Please be considerate of the check out time since the cleaners need to get in to prepare the property for the next guests. A delay in check out will result in a charge of additional fees. Thanks so much and we hope you will come again soon!

MAINTENANCE

Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.  Check out instructions as provided must be complied with. 

HOLD HARMLESS

Tenant and all other occupants willingly occupy these premises.  In exchange for being allowed to occupy the premises, Tenant, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, and descendants, agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and forever discharge  iTrip or the Owner from any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, death, or other claim or injury suffered of any nature whatsoever arising out of Tenant’s own negligence or gross negligence; the negligence or gross negligence of  the Owner or iTrip or any of its employees, managers, principals, owners, representatives, agents, authorities, leaders, or other person affiliated with it in any way; and the negligence or gross negligence of any other occupant in connection with the stay whether that be prior to, during, or immediately after the stay. By agreeing to these terms, and in exchange for being allowed to stay on the premises, you further agree that you will indemnify iTrip and the Owner and hold iTrip and the Owner harmless for any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, or other claims made by all other occupants other than yourself arising out of or in any way caused by your actions undertaken in the course of your stay on the premises. Tenant understands that he/she does not have to stay on the premises and that without agreeing to these terms whereby he/she chooses voluntarily to waive any liability of iTrip and the Owner under the above terms, he/she will not be allowed to stay on the premises.

For pet friendly properties, pets must be approved prior to booking.  Request approval with number, size and breed.  A pet fee and/or pet deposit will apply.  Do not leave dog unattended in house unless in kennel. If your dog is interrupting the neighbors with any barking or noise, the dog will have to be removed and there will be a fine of $250. If you bring a pet to a non-pet friendly property, you will be subject to our $500 fee for house rule violation!

Enjoyed our stay in Unit C122. The condo is nicely decorated and well maintained. Very clean. The property managers are engaged and responsive, but not obtrusive. We especially liked the views of the river from the windows and porch. Keeping our boat conveniently in the marina was great fun.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Riverbend. This was a gorgeous property and had many amenities. We did not have any issues with check in or with anything while being there. The laundry was coin operated. I wish there had been a coin machine but other than that the stay was great. I would recommend this property and plan on coming back in the future.

Family Weekend Fishing Trip

Booked this location to stay at while fishing on the river. We have very high expectations for a clean and a clutter-free environment when we select a location to stay away from home. This condo did not disappoint - it was impeccable! The decor was very tasteful, current, and not cluttered. The kitchen was well stocked and nicely organized. There were even ample k-cups for the Keurig which we weren’t expecting and was a very nice surprise. Beds and bed linens were a nice quality as was all the furniture. While we didn’t catch many fish, we loved our stay and can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this condo.

Perfect winter retreat

We’ve been enjoying this wonderful, spacious riverfront condo for 10 weeks. Coming up on our last week here. Fully stocked with most everything needed and management was very responsive to a minor problem. Gorgeous views with spectacular sunsets. People here are friendly & welcoming with a few potluck dinners while we’ve been here. BBQ grills, fire pit & pool right outside the patio. Only thing - the listed washer & dryer are not in the unit. There’s a community laundry room that is clean but takes 14 quarters per load. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Took a quick trip down after Thanksgiving and while booking, came across this jewel. It is a beautiful, clean condo, that felt like home and there was nothing that we needed that wasn't furnished. The management team were very accommodating, very quick to reply with any issue that we may have had and were extremely friendly. Would highly recommend and for sure would consider staying there again, if ever in the area.

Loved it!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo is very updated, great location by the water, pool and grills. It was nice to have everything we needed from towels, plenty of dishes and well-equipped kitchen, loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. We were disappointed that we could not use the dock and boat slips due to high water but other than that, everything was perfect. We enjoyed time by the firepit and meeting other residents. We will definetly be back!

The condo was an incredible place to stay. Very nice and clean. Very comfortable for old guys fishing. Great view right on the river. Boat slips available. Boat ramp available and easy to access. Excellent accommodations overall. Only thing I could recommend is if they had a note where the fish are biting, what bait to use and how to present it!!! ?
