Quaint and Cute but pricey
4/5 stars
The cottages are very cute and in a lovely location. It's "picture" perfect. It is a bit overpriced in my opinion though. I expect a comfortable bed and good pillows for the price I paid. I slept horribly my entire stay. The bathroom soap was also watered down to the point i had to go buy some (its like it was half empty and instead of refilling it they filled with water and shook it up.) I don't know if that's a cleaning service issue or host issue but once again at the price paid I at least expect a dollar thing of soap to not be half water. I'd stay here again if it was at half the cost I paid this go around or if it had a better bed/pillows. A good bed goes a long way in my book.

Wonderful (as always)
5/5 stars
We have explored up and down both Florida coasts and Treasure Island and more specifically the Seahorse Cottages are our favorite places to stay. The cottages are located directly on Treasure Island Beach and right across the street from the Publix grocery and liquor store. We love the fact that you can arrive and get everything you need with just a short walk. (Pro Tip: bring your own bags to carry your groceries back). We highly recommend bringing your bike or renting one as it is a great area to explore. There are also great restaurants and bars not too far away and we very much enjoyed the food at the Rrr Bar. If you enjoy Gulf sunsets and moonlit walks on the beach, this is your place. Can't wait to come back!

Fantastic stay!
5/5 stars
The cottage was a lovely little get away. The beach is beautiful, the cottage is perfect and exactly as advertised, and the hosts are incredibly responsive. I would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful beach getaway!

PERFECT
5/5 stars
We loved everything about our stay at Seahorse #4 (Hibiscus)! The unit was spotless and well equipped. Quick and satisfactory responses to any questions we had. The location is perfect also - right on the beach, walking distance to Publix for groceries and for several restaurants. The beach is beautiful and perfect for long walks and sunsets. Can't wait to return!!!

Winter getaway
5/5 stars
I was very impressed with the itrip organization. They were organized and helpful through out my stay. The location description was accurate and clean. We would definitely stay there again. The cottage was clean and well equipped. The hosts were quick to respond when needed. I enjoyed my stay and took advantage of the free activities. We especially enjoyed the dinner cruise. The beach was steps away as advertised and great stretch to enjoy. The shared area was nice and we met nice people who were staying at the other cottages. The grocery store was in walking distance across the street. I would feel safe here if I came on my own too. Loved my stay.

We love this place and will def return. Only downfall for this cottage was no tv in main bedroom, main bed was very loud, need door for main bedroom. I’m a big dude and shower and bathroom very small.

Overall Great Experience
5/5 stars
This little cottage was a great place to stay at Treasure Island! The beach is steps away from the house. Several restaurants near by and a Walgreens and Publix across the street! If you rent this place just make sure to bring your own pillows, and clothing iron. Pillows may be to thick for you and the iron is broken! The bathroom faucet knobs are backwards the hot is in the right and cold is on the left. Other than that simple fixes we will definitely rent from this place again and give them a 5 star review!

Seahorse cottage #4
4/5 stars
Loved the location and the retro look! We noticed in the bathroom the floor was awfully spongy. The stool leaked, but you guys came and fixed it promptly. We also noticed that there was probably some kind of condensation leak for the bottom of the refrigerator- because every once a while there would be a little bit of water under the fridge. The biggest problem that we had was the air conditioner at night was very loud and we didn't sleep very well, other than that really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.
- Bruce

Thank you for the feedback. We are getting the AC serviced, and noise will not be an issue for future guests. Glad to hear the location worked well for you. Thanks!

#4
4/5 stars
Enjoyed our stay in cottage 4. Some things to note, upon checking in the bathroom sink was coming loose from the wall. There was no dish soap in the kitchen and was unable to clean the few dishes that were used. I stayed 4 days and needed to emptyy the trash and only had one trash bag in the unit. The unit was clean with plenty of towels. This is our second stay here and in this unit. We look forward to staying again.

My boyfriend and I loved the cottages. You can’t beat the location and it’s a nice change from hotel life. Bathroom was small in cottage 4, but we had no issues with that. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to St. Pete area. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was quite comfortable. We had minor trouble with the toilet. We called the maintenance man and he took care of us right away. Our cottage was small, but just right for the two of us. The shower was very small. We were right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Right across the street from Publix and a short walk to a couple of nearby restaurants. Life couldnt be better.Thank you.

Vacation Done Right!
5/5 stars
As soon as we pulled in to Seahorse Cottages' parking lot, we felt as if we were at home! This cottage is literally right off the beach and the backyard made it feel even more at home! We really enjoyed sitting by the fire, playing Jenga with 2x4's, Tiki Toss, and unlimited access to beaching supplies including umbrellas, chairs, rafts, toys, etc. The cottage is just enough for two people. Four may be pushing it. Publix was directly across the street which was VERY convenient! We unfortunately did not take advantage of the free offers that we had access to, but will be in the near future i'm sure! The only issue we had with the facility was that the toilet was flushing at a slow rate. No biggie, though! Thank you, iTrip Vacations for opening up your home to us for the week. We'll definitely be reserving with you again!

Wonderful
5/5 stars
I had a wonderful stay. What I liked most is walk out the door to the beach. The accommodations were clean and comfortable not pretentious at all...I stayed by myself and was the perfect size for one or two. I love the rustic feel of the cabin on the beach. I felt like I was visiting a family cabin that had been in the family for years. It was very relaxing and peaceful... while there are other cabin quite near everyone was nice. I will definitely stay again.

Nothing Better!!
5/5 stars
My girlfriend and i flew in on a late Friday night for a weekend getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! Grocery store literally right across the street was so nice. But having the beach right out your back door was outstanding. For the price of the cottage it couldn't be beat! Would highly recommend and would defintely stay there again!!

A great place to stay directly on the beach as stated and across the street from a Publix grocery store. Fire pit, grill and beach items all included. If we did this again we would book all the cottages for a family experience. There really isn’t anything closer to the gulf.

Enjoyed the cottage
5/5 stars
My husband and I stayed four nights at Seahorse Cottage #4 and enjoyed our stay. The cottage is directly on the beach! We enjoyed coffee every morning watching the ocean and wildlife and then the amazing sunsets every evening. We went the 3rd week in September, the beach was not crowded at all, water temp and air temp were perfect. The cottage is just as pictured, rustic and small but enough for the 2 of us. The sofa bed is available for others if needed, extra pillows and linens were in the closet. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels were provided as well as some basics (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish washing liquid). Bed was comfy and cottage was clean. We did use the beach chairs and floats that were available a few times and also decided to rent chairs and umbrella one day on the beach, the cost is $30 per day, $10 for umbrella only (pay on the beach). We also used a complimentary free activity from iTrip, the dolphin cruise at Hubbard's Marina (about 1 1/2 miles from the cottage). I called Xplorie the morning we wanted to go and the staff was very helpful getting the cruise booked. We had a great time on the cruise, be sure to take your camera!!! One free cruise saves $20. Publix is directly across the street and was perfect for the grocery or toiletry items we needed. We didn't travel more than 2 miles from the cottage for shopping or dining. John's Pass is a fun place to eat and shop with a nice boardwalk. We had one maintenance issue and called the number posted in the cottage and it was handled right away.

Seahorse 4
4/5 stars
We had a great time at the cottage. Perfect location. Close to everything and a Publix is across the street. The beach is your backyard so what more could you really need!? My husband and I went for our "baby moon". We made everything work, but there were a few improvements that could be done. The cottage is roomy for a couple but having 4 people would be very tight. There is a table with chairs that needed tightened, we were afraid the chairs may break. The bathroom is TINY! My husband and I aren't small people and it was tight getting around. But I just compared it to camping and it was all better :) There are a few beach chairs that were for all the cottages to use. There was another group that hoarded the chairs and we couldn't use them at all for the beach. I would have bought one but we flew, so I hated to waste the money. I would recommend giving 2 per cottage. There was a grill outside but we never used it. They could update some of the pots and pans. They were very used. There is minimal silverware but enough for the 2 of us. I bought coffee filters and left them at the cottage, hoping they will leave them for the future. The stove is old and uneven, but worked for us. We basically just used it for breakfast. The air is cold, there were 2 window air conditioners. One in the bedroom made a noise at times, but if I tapped it it went away. There is a nice size dresser and a nightstand. It could stand to have a few more Outlets but again, we made it work. Overall we had a wonderful time and I would come back again. Perfect location and on the beach is what sold me. The price is right if you're on a budget!!

Cute Cottage!
5/5 stars
We enjoyed our stay at the Seahorse Cottages, it was perfect for my wife and I, our newborn and our dog. We have direct access to the beach along with beach patio furniture to sit outside and grill if we didn't feel like eating at a restaurant or cooking in the cottage's little kitchen. It was perfect for us! I just wish I would have figured out that the hot water in the shower was the opposite direction after the first two cold showers.

Seahorse Paradise
5/5 stars
My husband and I have been return guests of the Seahorse cottages. While we stay there, it really becomes our "home." We have met the nicest guests while there, some which will always remain our friends . The cottages are right on the beach. Every evening, you celebrate the sunset. It's wonderful. Everything you need is within walking distance. We often have dinners together with other renters at the picnic tables . We stayed in #4. It's just right for 2 people, 3 is tight, and 4 would be too much! It's cozy and comfy. We love it!
