Neighborhood
Set in the serene expanse of Temecula's rolling hills, Chick-Ranch is a stone's throw from over 50 renowned wineries. Old Town Temecula, with its rustic allure, offers a tapestry of dining, shopping, and cultural activities just a short drive away. Ready to be whisked away to a world of vineyard bliss? Chick-Ranch awaits your arrival.
Chick-Ranch has 3 units that may be occupied by guests. Each unit has exclusive use outdoor areas. You may see other guests but they will not has access to your private areas. The owner also lives on property, in the 4th unit. Being a working property that needs a lot of staff, you might see the manager, owner, or other maintenance personnel during your stay. Since we do not have their schedule, we are unable to let you know in advance when they will be there. Therefore, we kindly ask for your patience if you do happen to see them.
SPA HEAT (optional):
Spa heat $20 per hour. 3 hours included with rental. Pay only for what you use. Propane is expensive.

Riverside County requires all vacation rentals to be equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibels of sound. There are devices indoors and outdoors for compliance reasons to deter excessive noise. Please note these device do NOT record private conversations, it simply detects excessive noise by decibel level. Tampering or removing this device triggers an alert resulting in $50 fine if device is taken offline, $250 if damaged or lost.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

Unfortunately, we can't fix problems we aren't notified about. Your feedback is invaluable, but it is most effective when shared with us immediately, allowing us the opportunity to address and resolve any issues promptly.
Respecting our agreement means communicating with us while you're here. This way, we can ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Leaving a lower rating without giving us a chance to rectify the situation doesn't reflect the effort we put into maintaining our properties and providing exceptional service.
Riverside County requires that we keep a copy of your government-issued ID on file and confirm that you've watched the "Good Neighbor" video, which provides guidelines for visiting Wine Country in Riverside County:

PETS
are allowed upon prior approval for $150 fee per dog, maximum 2, dogs ONLY. Tenant must clean up after approved dog(s). If any approved dog acts aggressively, barks excessively or any unauthorized dog is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. Homeowner and Agent assume no responsibility for any illness or injury that may occur to dogs or humans while on the premises. Homeowner and agent assume no responsibility for the behavior of the dog(s); that responsibility is the Tenant owner. No cats or other animals allowed.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods is provided. There is a _CleaningFee_ one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that unusual cleaning is required, including the removal of excessive pet hair.
NONSMOKING UNIT - FIRE ZONE AREA
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.
POOL HEAT
Pool heat is optional. If you choose to add it, the pool will be heated to 83 degrees daily. Please note that pool heat is available as an on/off option for your entire stay and cannot be arranged on a daily basis. If you'd like to add pool heat, please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival. Spa heat is available at $100 per day.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- SEPTIC - Tenant agrees not to put any solids, grease, food debris, oils or fats down kitchen or bathroom drains and will not put anything but human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. Additional fees for septic damages.
- All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
- The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 6 people, including a child in a crib.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the property due to location within a high risk FIRE ZONE AREA. No FIREWORKS, not even sparklers.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
- Parking inside property only. Maximum of 2 vehicles. No PARTY BUSES, No RVs allowed. NO outdoor camping/sleeping in the vehicles.
- Turn off all lights and AC turned to 78 OR Heat turned to 65 upon check out.
- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all house rules, local laws as well as the state of California, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of California or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
- QUIET TIME is 10pm - 7am for all properties within Riverside County. Quiet Hours mandated by Riverside County are 10pm - 7am. No outdoor activity can take place from 10pm - 7am. No fire pit or spa/pool usage. All conversations must be indoors with windows closed 10pm - 7am.
- NO AMAZON or MAIL deliveries are accessible at the property. Use Amazon Locker.
Pets are allowed upon prior approval for $150 fee per pet, maximum 2 dogs. Tenant must clean up after approved pet(s). If any approved pet acts aggressively, barks excessively or any unauthorized pet is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. Homeowner and Agent assume no responsibility for any illness or injury that may occur to pets or humans while on the premises. Homeowner & agent assume no responsibility for the behavior of the pet(s); that responsibility is the Tenant owner. No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or internet (Wifi) service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. RULES & REGULATIONS

- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the property due to location within a high risk FIRE ZONE AREA. You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
- All keys are to be returned upon move-out by Tenant. There will be a $10.00 charge per key if not returned within 2 weeks of check-out date.
- Turn off all lights and AC/Heat upon check out.
- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all house rules, local laws as well as the state of California, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of California or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
- Noise monitoring devices and security cameras in use on this property, do NOT tamper with these devices to avoid additional fees. Quiet Hours mandated by Riversdie County are 10pm - 7am. No outddor activity can take place from 10pm - 7am. No fire pit or spa/pool usage. All conversations must be indoors with windows closed 10pm - 7am.
- Pets $150 per pet, limit 2, no aggressive behavior or excessive barking. This will cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
