Road Warning:

Please be aware that this property is located off unmaintained county roads. You will need to drive a short distance on roads that are either dirt or paved with potholes. For the best route, we recommend turning left when leaving the property and taking the dirt road to avoid the paved road with potholes on the right. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be mindful that we are surrounded by a wide variety of wildlife as you take in the breathtaking scenery and world-class vineyards. This includes: rattlesnakes, tarantulas, scorpions, various insects, hawks, coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, etc. Please review the HOUSE RULES prior to booking.

Explore the property with courtesy, obey all posted signs. Please do not disturb the occupants in the main house above.

- Pet Fee $150 upon approval via Pet Screening. Aggressive behavior or excessive barking will result in cancellation with no refunds.

- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!

Another thing to note: Being a working property that needs a lot of staff, you might see the manager, owner, or other maintenance personnel during your stay. Since we do not have their schedule, we are unable to let you know in advance when they will be there. Therefore, we kindly ask for your patience if you do happen to see them.

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the villa (4 people) at any time.

These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

Riverside County requires all vacation rentals to be equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibels of sound. There are devices indoors and outdoors for compliance reasons to deter excessive noise. Please note these device do NOT record private conversations, it simply detects excessive noise by decibel level. Tampering or removing this device triggers an alert to property manager and could result in $100 fine or more if device is taken offline, damaged or lost. This device can protect you from false claims of loud noise during your stay. Thank you for understanding and complying.

- Quiet Time 10pm - 7am for all properties within Riverside County. Quiet Hours mandated by Riverside County are 10pm - 7am. No outdoor activity can take place from 10pm - 7am. All conversations must be indoors with windows closed 10pm - 7am.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

IMPORTANT:  Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us ASAP and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, etc.

We strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. To achieve this, it's crucial that we are made aware of any issues or concerns during your stay. Unfortunately, we can't fix problems we aren't notified about. Your feedback is invaluable, but it is most effective when shared with us immediately, allowing us the opportunity to address and resolve any issues promptly.

Respecting our agreement means communicating with us while you're here. This way, we can ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Leaving a lower rating without giving us a chance to rectify the situation doesn't reflect the effort we put into maintaining our properties and providing exceptional service.

PETS

are allowed upon prior approval for $150 fee per dog, maximum 2, dogs ONLY.  Tenant must clean up after approved dog(s).  If any approved dog acts aggressively, barks excessively or any unauthorized dog is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. Homeowner and Agent assume no responsibility for any illness or injury that may occur to dogs or humans while on the premises.  Homeowner and agent assume no responsibility for the behavior of the dog(s); that responsibility is the Tenant owner. No cats or other animals allowed. 

HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods is provided. There is a _CleaningFee_ one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that unusual cleaning is required, including the removal of excessive pet hair.

NONSMOKING UNIT - FIRE ZONE AREA

Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. 

POOL HEAT

Pool heat is optional. If you choose to add it, the pool will be heated to 83 degrees daily. Please note that pool heat is available as an on/off option for your entire stay and cannot be arranged on a daily basis. If you'd like to add pool heat, please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival. Spa heat is available at $100 per day.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  2. SEPTIC - Tenant agrees not to put any solids, grease, food debris, oils or fats down kitchen or bathroom drains and will not put anything but human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. Additional fees for septic damages.
  3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
  4. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 4 people, including a child in a crib.
  5. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
  6. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the property due to location within a high risk FIRE ZONE AREA. No FIREWORKS, not even sparklers. 
  7. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
  8. Parking inside property only. Maximum of 1 vehicles. No PARTY BUSES, No RVs allowed. NO outdoor camping/sleeping in the vehicles. 
  9. Turn off all lights and AC turned to 78 OR Heat turned to 65 upon check out.
  10. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all house rules, local laws as well as the state of California, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of California or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
  11. QUIET TIME is 10pm - 7am for all properties within Riverside County.  Quiet Hours mandated by Riverside County are 10pm - 7am.  No outdoor activity can take place from 10pm - 7am. No fire pit or spa/pool usage.  All conversations must be indoors with windows closed 10pm - 7am. 
  12. NO AMAZON or MAIL deliveries are accessible at the property. Use Amazon Locker.

For our 28th wedding anniversary, my husband and I wanted a weekend getaway at our favorite spot – Temecula. We’ve stayed in different VRBO locations in the past, but for this trip we wanted a location near our friend’s ranch. Bella Casa Di Vino Villa fit perfectly! This Villa had all the best essentials we needed during our visit. I pray that the next time we decide to come into town the Villa will be available or open to book. [General note: California had several winter storms that left many unforeseen impairments to the roads in Temecula. These “potholes” on the roads are not the responsibility of the property owner of the Villa, or VRBO or iTrip. The Public Works Maintenance Division in the City of Temecula is responsible and has yet to repair these streets, which I hope future occupants of the Villa prepare themselves while traveling in the city].
