2 Parking Spaces (1 covered) - RVs, campers, trailers, etc are not allowed to be parked in the spaces, on the driveway or street per the neighborhood HOA.

Walk out your back deck and click on your skis! It's that simple. At the end of the day, ski right back to the back door. No need to walk or carry your equipment.

*Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

You are only minutes away to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility (year-round) and outdoor tennis courts. (summer only) Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk.

*If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. The amenities occasionally close for seasonal cleaning etc.

Storm Meadows Townhouse 7 is simply one of the best rental properties in Steamboat. Nothing compares to its location right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers modern mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area as well as pool, hot tub and gym access. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 2 decks, as well as inside the main living area. High end fixtures, finishes and furnishings have been updated throughout the home.

The main level features a spectacularly updated kitchen, boasting new, high-end stainless appliances, including a gas range, mountain-style wood cabinetry and gorgeous granite counters. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for staying in and cooking a meal. There is a dining table off the kitchen, perfect for a family or group, as well as counter seating at the beautiful butcher block bar.

The open living area provides ample comfortable seating on a sofa, 2 large leather chairs and more. Sit back, relax and warm up by the fantastic stone, toasty gas fireplace and take in the stunning slope views and/or watch a movie or show on the flat screen TV. The main level also features vaulted ceilings and access to the deck, where you will find a gas grill and chairs. It is a great place to relax with cocktail after a great day on the mountain and watch skiers, snowboarders or even some of nature’s neighbors who call the mountain home.

The upper level has two bedrooms, both with incredible views, deck access, fantastic furniture including plenty of storage and two magnificently updated full bathrooms. The master suite has a queen sized bed, its own deck, flat screen tv and a walk in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has has two twin beds (can be converted to king upon request) and a flat screen tv. The second full bathroom is off the hallway and has a tub/shower combo. There is also a very nice work nook with a desk and chair and mountain views. Combined with the high speed Xfinity broadband, Townhouse 7 is a great option for your remote working or schooling needs.

The lower level has two bedrooms and another superbly updated full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted to king upon request). There is a full size washer and dryer on the lower level, as well as secure, indoor ski and snowboard storage for your equipment. The lower level deck is slope side. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn.

There is a secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Great location, great condo

Overall very pleased with this rental. The interior is very functional for six people, ktichen is very usable, as was tv (with apple tv connected). Communications were also good, very seemless. Two very small improvement suggestions: 1. The hot tub (which is a community hot tub associated with Storm Meadows) is more of a "barely warm" tub. It's simply not hot enough to do any good after a day of skiing. 2. Early access was weird. I asked if could access before 4pm on the day of our arrival, since we landed at noon. The answer was, yes if our team have finished cleaning in time. 3pm access is free, every hour before that is $50. Why? considering we paid more than $1K per night, if it's available just let us use it, and if it's not, it's not, no big deal. Why squeeze us? Odd.

Townhouse 7 met all of my guests needs and more. The best part was the ski in / ski out access from the back porch and the shuttle service to take my group into town for dinner. The Itrip folks checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which I appreciated!

The location and view from the condo are excellent. The inside is completely updated and very nice and the layout is perfect. The showers in all bathrooms have great pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, spices and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer and a drying closet that is AMAZING! Plus the front door entrance has plenty of hooks and storage for coats. The trash closet outside is very convenient. M We had 7 people in our group and plenty of room. Highly recommend and we would stay there again!

We had a party of 8 including two family’s. The layout was awesome with one family upstairs and one on the bottom level. Each level had a balcony to enjoy. The middle level was for relaxing and we all hung out by the fire place. Playing cards at the table was great. Kitchen worked good. And the ski in ski out was awesome. Bottom level has a warming closet for all your boots and gear. Great place. Would stay again for sure!

We loved spending the holiday break in this beautiful home. The ski in ski out location was a game changer enabling early morning runs, a stop home for lunch and a quick end to a great day of skiing. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were the best of all the houses we have ever rented. Beautiful views, cozy room for two families by the fireplace and the heated cedar closet for the boots and ski gear all made this a unique and memorable stay. We strongly recommend this house for your vacation in Steamboat.

Fantastic ski in/out condo for two families

This Storm Meadow condo was perfect for our two families totaling 8 people. The ski in/ski out was the best part helping maximize our time on the mountain, and the iTrip support with shuttles and answering any questions we had really made it feel like we were valued and cared for. The kitchen had two coffee machines (drip and k-cup), a crockpot, and all the other things you need for cooking meals in the condo. The view was great to watch skiers come down and the living area was just big enough for us all to eat together and hang out. The washing machine was broken but iTrip let us know in advance and then helped us with laundering our ski clothes which was excellent customer service. The hot tub and pool is very closing, maybe 100 yards, and has a changing area so you don't have to walk back from it wet in the cold. If we return to Steamboat, we'd definitely stay here again! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I rarely give 5 stars, if ever, and of course with every rental there are some hiccups but iTrip made our experience well cared for.
