True ski-In/ski-out, spacious 3 level Steamboat town home, one of the best locations in Steamboat. Walk out your back deck and click on your skis! It's that simple. No need to walk or carry your equipment. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door. *Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

You are only 1-2 minutes away to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility (year-round) and outdoor tennis courts. (summer only) Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk.

*If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. The amenities occasionally close for seasonal cleaning etc.

Storm Meadows Townhouse 10 is one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat. Not much compares to being situated right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers modern mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area as well as pool, hot tub and gym access. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from 2 decks, as well as inside the main living area.

Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features floor-to-ceiling windows, incredible slope views and plenty of natural light. It also offers ample seating on a comfortable sectional and large chair. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace, take in the beautiful scenery and/or watch a game or movie on the flat screen TV.

The living area includes a full kitchen with gorgeous granite counters and is equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There is also a large dining table off the kitchen, comfortably seating 8, perfect for a family or group.

The main level also has access to a deck with the amazing views of the slopes, outdoor furniture and a gas grill. It's perfect for barbecuing or just relaxing with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain. There is a powder room on this level and secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry.

Upstairs is the master suite, which features a king sized bed, flat screen tv, tons of storage and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. It's the only room on the upper level and is very private.

The lower level has two bedrooms with flat screen tv’s and deck access. One has a queen bed and the other has two queen beds. There is a full bathroom on the lower level in the hallway with a walk in shower. There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level. The lower level deck is slope side and also has a ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mountain.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

We had a great stay in this unit. The unit was clean and well stocked and was a true ski in/out. iTrip did a superb job coordinating the details from the booking through the departure expectations. Everything in the unit worked and the views of the slopes from the deck and living room were awesome for the non-skiers in our group to enjoy. The iTrip shuttle was a bonus perk that really helped our family get around the local area.

Pros / cons of this perfectly located ski-in ski-out Townhouse

Pros: Such a great Ski-in / Ski-out location! We loved being able to come and go at different times and to wake up and see the cats, snowmobiles, and early morning people skinning up the run. Really Great location & the free shuttle they offer made it easy to come and go from the base without having to find parking. The drivers were so kind and accommodating. My family gave rave reviews of the year-round pool and hot tub. It's a bit of a walk so bring a cozy robe or walk over in your coat. The kitchen is equipt with everything you need to cook at home. Cons: It's pretty outdated. A few chairs around the kitchen table needed tightening. The sectional sofa has a piece of plywood under the cushions on one side. We had to manually shut down the toilet in the master bedroom because it would not stop running and would not fill. Lastly, when we took a bath upstairs the water leaked through the ceiling downstairs, and my husband had to put a bowl under the drip in the ceiling. When I called about the leak I was told they already knew about it and we were supposed to be told ahead of time but we were not told. All in all, the above issues, if resolved, would make this worth he lower rental cost as compared to other ski-in, ski-out townhomes next to it. We would stay again if we knew all of these issues were resolved because the location, and the set-up for larger families, are all wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay and felt so comfortable and it was perfect. The only thing I would recommend is that the beds on the lower bedrooms were a little uncomfortable. I loved all the amenities and being able to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The scenery was spectacular. I give it five stars and hope to return soon.

We loved our time at the condo in Steamboat. We skied in and out and the condo was comfortable and well-equipped. I would definitely stay again. The only drawback was that we couldn't get the VCR or DVD player to work. There were lots of classic movies that would have been perfect to watch after dinner but we couldn't get any of them to play - or Netflix to go on, despite following all the posted directions. Hopefully this is an easy fix for them.

This condo was perfect for us though it was not in any way fancy. It had 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, ample bureaus and closets, a functional kitchen (with not the greatest pots and pans), 3 bathrooms with good hot water in the showers, parking for 2 cars, a small living room with killer views of the mountain and most importantly for us, it was truly ski in/out. It was a dream to open the slider door, walk to the ski locker on the deck, and click into your skis to ski down to the lifts. Came home for lunch and at the end of the day with the same ease. We felt very fortunate to stay in Townhouse 10! Also, itrip was awesome to work with. Good communication.

This place was perfectly located on a green trail and was so easy to ski in and out. The locked ski locker was a great benefit. The home itself was cozy and stocked with everything you need from soap to trash bags. Plenty of closets and drawers for all the gear. We will definitely be back!!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 for a long weekend. We loved being able to walk out the back door and be on the trail. The house was super clean and matched the pictures and description perfectly. Easy check in and check out process. I would stay here again.
