This beautifully remodeled 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in a great location, walking distance from the ski area (maybe not walkable if you are hauling skis or have kids hauling skis) and right on the free bus route. It will comfortably sleep 6 adults, offers picturesque views and makes a fantastic vacation rental.

The property is nicely decorated in mountain-style. It has a great open living area which features great Emerald mountain views. It includes a full kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, dining table with 6 chairs, sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV and gas fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty. The full kitchen has brand new stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops.

Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are down the hallway from the main living area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins beds. Both rooms have fantastic Emerald mountain views and plenty of storage.

Enjoy a soak or swim in the year-round community hot tubs and pool, work out at the fitness center, hang out by community fire-pit or play at the Volleyball court (Summer only) or Ping Pong Table.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Rockies 2322 was good to us! With a five minute walk (or car-ride) to the base of the mountain, and another five to ten into town, Rockies 2322 was perfectly located. The host was super responsive and the condo had all the essentials and was very clean, as advertised. The pool, the hot tub and the laundry room was clean and well maintained too. Thank you!

We stayed at the condo for 4 days and three nights in June. The condo was very clean and upgraded. We had a question about the hair dryer not working and when I texted the number that I was provided an answer was given to me immediately. I feel the condo is located in a great spot in between the mountain and downtown. There is food close by and markets close by. I would definitely stay there again. Wouldn't mind trying it in the winter sometime.

We stayed for 5 days with our 3 kids. Our two big kids stayed in the twin room and the “master” had enough space for a pack and play. We did bring our own pack and play to avoid the extra $50 charge. The unit was clean and had the kitchen essentials. It’s an easy walk to the base without gear, or the bus stop is steps away. We got a locker at the base and enjoyed the walk (shorter than the bus ride). Only downside was no laundry in the unit, could have used extra towels, and PLEASE (seriously) upgrade the paper towels! They were comically thin! Overall though this was a great place and we would stay again.

We stayed in Rockies 2322 in July. It was the perfect place for our family of four. It was beautiful and very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was really comfortable!! It cools down nicely in the evenings when you run the fans The pool and hot tub were wonderful, but would have been better if the hot tub was open earlier to soak in the morning. The hours are 10-10. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This condo is in a great location. It was a very short walk to the bus stop to get to skiing. The ski closet outside the condo was great for storing our equipment after a day of skiing and the hot tubs and pool are nearby but not too close that you hear the noise from it. Full kitchen with everything we needed and good sized area for family game nights.

Perfect location! The hot tub was nice and the condo was clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend the pull out couch, better to bring an air mattress if you need someone to sleep out there. Other beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay- the views and accommodations were great. We did have some shower hot/water turning cold and back again, but everything else was very nice. Well stocked kitchen and lots of games. Location is perfect for walking to the slopes.

This condo was a perfect location, easy walk to the ski resort/gondola! It also had great views, lots of natural light and was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and parking was plentiful. Grocery store was nearby and downtown was just a few minutes drive. Check in and check out were a breeze!

Unexpected Change in Steamboat

We booked a place to stay through VRBO for the Labor Day weekend - looking to get to the mountains and enjoy a change of pace with our family of 5. On our way up on Friday night we received a text saying that our place had a leak and the water was shut off. iTrip vacations could not have been more helpful. They took care of us making sure we had a new place to stay before we arrived in Steamboat. They even made sure the new place had ALL of the same amenities we had been looking for when we booked - most importantly for us - a pool for our kiddos. They checked in with us through texts and even brought us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful.

Great summer week in Steamboat!

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rockies condo- the rooms worked well for our 2 girls, 11 and 13 yrs. It got warm during the day but easily cooled at night with windows open and the provided fans. The balcony was really nice to sit on and enjoy the sunset. The pool was great and close - very nice daily activity! We appreciated that the condo was stocked with basics and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, great stay - we loved the location - short drive to town, close to grocery store, trails, botanical garden etc. This was a great week in Steamboat and would definitely stay at this condo again!

Brought my wife and 2 sons here for a soccer tournament and to enjoy the off-time all around Steamboat. This condo was perfect for us! We had all we needed with a well-stocked kitchen, and the boys even had some fun playing on the Wii game console. The location was perfect for exploring the town. Would definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rockies condo complex. The space was perfect for our family of 4. We had plenty of room to relax, and even were able to all enjoy yummy sandwiches from Yampa Sandwich Company on the patio after a big bike ride on the mountain. The nights were comfortable with great fans and open windows. It is a quiet neighborhood but so close to everything! The pool and hot tub area is well maintained and was super relaxing. Jason's team does a fantastic job of keeping the place in great shape and it was VERY clean when we arrived so felt very comfortable and were able to really settle in and spend some quality time together as a family before shipping the oldest back of to college. Thank you iTrip Steamboat! Highly recommend for a getaway to Steamboat any time of year!

I have grown skeptical about how online pictures can embellish the property under review. Not in this case. The place was exactly as seen in the pictures so all expectations were met. We were pleasantly surprised to see how well the kitchen was stocked and at how well the bathrooms displayed a variety of toiletry products. The decor of the condo looked recently updated and we especially loved our view to the mountains and our proximity to the activity at the base of the slopes and trails. We had a question for the manager during our stay and we received a response within two minutes. When we come back to Steamboat, we WILL return here.

We had a great time at the Rockies and in this condo. There is plenty of space, beds are comfortable, unit is clean. The location is nice. The bus stop is right in front of the building or you can walk a short 10 minutes to gondola village. We did not use the free shuttle to town but it was just a 10 min drive. We would recommend staying here. We also had a very pleasant experience with booking with itrips. When issues came up they were quick to respond and get it taken care of.

The condo itself was very warm and inviting! It had everything that we needed to be able to enjoy our weekend getaway. The building was nice and quiet, with a private balcony to enjoy watching the sunset or do a little stargazing. It has a full size kitchen with all of the tools that were needed to make breakfast at home, and there's a grocery store just a few miles away. I also loved that it had a coded entry because I have a tendency to lose key cards for any hotel stay. My favorite thing by far about it was that it was only a 5 minute walk to catch the free bus to go anywhere that we needed to go! Overall it was the perfect place to enjoy an awesome weekend a few friends! Definitely going to try and snag this place again!

We had a great trip to Steamboat and our experience booking with iTrip and the condo we stayed in was great. iTrip provided good communication and the condo was very nice, clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tubs were also quite nice. This unit felt a bit more spacious than most ski condos do which was great for us and our 2 young boys.
