Herbage B1 is a spectacular setting for your Steamboat vacation. This spacious, multi-level end unit townhome lives like a single family home, sleeps 12 and is perfect for multiple and extended families, up to 5 couples or a boys or girls trip. The unit is ideally located right up the hill from the gondola/base area skiing, restaurants, pubs, shopping & more and right across the street from the free bus route (5 minute bus ride to ski).
Interior features include fabulous wood flooring, high, tongue and grove ceilings, quality furniture, warm colors, enticing artwork, substantial storage and 2 hot water heaters for great pressure and hot water capability for the group.
Enter the unit on the middle level which offers the beautifully updated kitchen, featuring gorgeous quartz counter tops, beautiful wood cabinetry, black appliances, 3 bar stools and is well appointed with everything you would need to cook and serve a meal.
Directly off the kitchen is a large dining area with a fabulous wood dining table that will comfortably seat 6, and a flat screen TV.
Down a few steps is the living area. which includes ample comfortable seating, large windows. Kick back in the living area and take in the amazing views of the mountains and Yampa Valley, while warming up by the gas stove fireplace and watching the 65” flat screen smart TV. There is plenty of comfortable seating on the leather sofa, love seat and two large chairs. The sofa is also a queen pull out bed in this living area.
Access the private deck off the living area and enjoy a soak in the new private hot tub or cook dinner on the gas grill.
There is also a private dry sauna for you to enjoy in the unit.
There are three bedrooms and a bunk room. The master suite is on the top floor and has a queen bed, a large flat screen TV, private balcony and a private full bathroom with two sinks and a tub shower combo.
Bedroom two is on the main level, has a queen bed and flat screen tv. There is a full bathroom with two sinks and a tub shower combo right next door.
Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed, flat screen tv and its own full bathroom with a walk in shower. The newer extra large capacity washer and dryer and boot dryer is located in this extra large room.
The 4th sleeping area is a loft like area on its own floor between the main and top levels. It has a twin over full bunk bed and a leather recliner.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
