Natural dunes and white sandy beach are just a short walk away from the unit. Ocean Club features a sparkling pool in a quiet manicured lawn right out the back door. Cook dinner "at home" in the fully stocked and updated kitchen outfitted with custom cabinets and countertops. The living and dining area is perfect for relaxing together, playing games, or watching a movie. One full bath is conveniently located on the main downstairs level. Bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a balcony overlooking the pool and yard, and the other with a sun deck ideal for capturing glimpses of the ocean and cool breezes while you sip a cup of coffee in the morning. The bedrooms are outfitted with fresh, crisp linens, and the bathrooms with soft, white towels. Enjoy the convenience of a garage where you will find beach gear provided.

For your safety, the weight limit for bunk beds is 100 pounds.

We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check Out Time is at 10:00 AM! But before you leave, be sure to:
 

  • Please empty the refrigerator.

  • Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.

  • Please do not strip sheets but leave beds unmade.

  • Pile all dirty towels in the bathroom or laundry room.

  • If you have rearranged any furniture or placed any items out of sight, please put them back as they were when you arrived.

  • Please be sure to collect all of your belongings.

  • Please remove all trash and place it in the respective trash recepticle. 


*Please be considerate of the check out time since the cleaners need to get in to prepare the property for the next guests. A delay in check out will result in a charge of additional fees. Thanks so much and we hope you will come again soon!

Guest violation of house rules will result in a minimum $500 fine.

MAINTENANCE

Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.  Check out instructions as provided must be complied with. 

HOLD HARMLESS

Tenant and all other occupants willingly occupy these premises.  In exchange for being allowed to occupy the premises, Tenant, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, and descendants, agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and forever discharge  iTrip or the Owner from any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, death, or other claim or injury suffered of any nature whatsoever arising out of Tenant’s own negligence or gross negligence; the negligence or gross negligence of  the Owner or iTrip or any of its employees, managers, principals, owners, representatives, agents, authorities, leaders, or other person affiliated with it in any way; and the negligence or gross negligence of any other occupant in connection with the stay whether that be prior to, during, or immediately after the stay. By agreeing to these terms, and in exchange for being allowed to stay on the premises, you further agree that you will indemnify iTrip and the Owner and hold iTrip and the Owner harmless for any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, or other claims made by all other occupants other than yourself arising out of or in any way caused by your actions undertaken in the course of your stay on the premises. Tenant understands that he/she does not have to stay on the premises and that without agreeing to these terms whereby he/she chooses voluntarily to waive any liability of iTrip and the Owner under the above terms, he/she will not be allowed to stay on the premises.

If your property shares a common indoor or outdoor space, please be respectful of the other tennants in conduct and language.

For pet friendly properties, pets must be approved prior to booking.  Request approval with number, size and breed.  A pet fee and/or pet deposit will apply.  Do not leave dog unattended in house unless in kennel. If your dog is interrupting the neighbors with any barking or noise, the dog will have to be removed and there will be a fine of $250. If you bring a pet to a non-pet friendly property, you will be subject to our $500 fee for house rule violation!

Cozy home, fantastic location

We are enjoying our stay! Such a short distance from the beach, our family has enjoyed the beach each day. Gorgeous sunrise pics and we can quickly walk back home for lunch or a snack. The home is beautifully decorated and the balconies are great. The beds are super comfy! We have slept so well which is sometimes hard to do on vacation. We are looking forward to coming back again!

Great Condo

Our condo was perfect for the four of us on a girls trip. Enjoying the beach was a quick walk and the pool was out of our backdoor. The only issue was with tv service. We wish we had known a head of time that we would need our passwords to watch the tv and we were never able to watch the shows on regular cable.

Amazing vacation!

The house was well-equipped. The beds were comfy. The house was clean and was in a perfect location. Very short walk to the beach. We loved using the beach amenities provided (boogie board, sand toys, chairs, umbrella and wagon). The washer and dryer were super convenient. We did wish there was a blender and grill available for use but we made do without. We spent the week between the pool and the beach. Stores were nearby and Old Town was not a far trip. If we come back to St. Augustine we would stay here in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect in this place. Within steps of the beach, clean, walkout patio. Amazing balcony, big TV and within minutes off Saint Augustine town. So during the day we went to the beach 2 to 3 times oh and they even have beach chairs and a cart, and in the evenings we went several times to Saint Augustine for the nice restaurants. It’s just amazing everything you want in a beach, vacation and more.

GREAT Place...don't hesitate.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Beds are great, Plenty of towels, pillows etc. Nice pool area and a pretty cool ocean view off the upper deck. Everything works as it should and all in very good condition. The provided beach chairs, wagon, etc is a very nice touch and very helpful. Notes: (and these are MINOR issues) -Could use a few more bowls, coffee cups, etc...seemed like we were always doing dishes. -it's not particularly obvious in the description, but be advised there is no master bathroom. Both upstairs King Bedrooms share one small-ish bathroom. -Would be nice to be provided with a garage door code too. - 1 Snotty neighbor - you'll know by her upstate NY accent. Overall, highly recommended.

Great retreat at the Beach

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The beach was so close and convenient. We had everything we needed-chairs, wagon, and boogie boards for the beach, washer and dryer, and swimming pool. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was good quality, and the linens felt great! We would most definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo! It is a beautiful place to stay with everything you need to make a stay very comfortable. We were impressed by how clean and neat it was. The walk to the beach is very short and the beach chairs here made it nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants beach access and proximity to St. Augustine shopping and attractions. We hope to come back next year!

Stay in St Augustine

Great place to stay, have recommended to others. Only issue was we have a service dog and when I was in the courtyard with her, the association manager came out and basically grilled me about a service dog and why she was there and what was she a service dog for etc. etc. I didn’t mind sharing but at the same time totally illegal did not appreciate that especially whenever we had already cleared it with the person we rented from. Other than that it was a fantastic stay

Beautiful Townhome close to beach

Townhome was beautifully decorated & appeared to be recently remodeled. Furniture was new. Master king bed was very comfortable with adjustable head. 2 balconies & patio was nice to have. A 2 minute walk to the beach! I did find dirty cutlery, dishes & glasses in cabinet & drawer. Had to buy some clothes hangers as there were none. Also might suggest a regular full size ironing board.

Relaxing Beach Town with Perfect Townhome

So well designed and beautifully decorated. Has everything you need for a day at the beach, (which is a short walking distance) a beautiful pool( which is also steps from your patio) Kitchen has filtered coffee pot and.everything you need except spices and your food! The place was very lovely. The two bedroom condo was very roomy and lovely decorated. The centrally located pool with surrounding palm trees gave an amazing sensation of paradise. The beach was close and easily accessible by foot or car. The entire trip was pleasant.
