- Non-smoking residence. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This is a family-friendly property and there will be additional charges if we discover any evidence of smoking in the home.
- Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings. Please be always respectful of the neighbors!

Frequently Asked Questions
- Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in good condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
- All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
- The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 6, not including a child in a crib.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside.
- "No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the home or the grounds around the home.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Tennessee, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Tennessee or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
Please read all the information provided in a separate article about the home to enjoy your stay to the fullest. We very much love and take great pride in Vista Lago and we simply ask that you care for the property as if it were your own. We are in a fairly secluded area, but the county does have quiet time for all properties from 10:00pm until 7:00am. We do NOT allow smoking anywhere within the home or the area around the house. PLEASE consider the others that will enjoy Vista Lago next! The entire property and house is open for your use except for the locked "owner's closet”.
