The Interlude is located just a short walk to the Snowmass Village Mall, steps away from the Conference Center and right next to the Snowmass Mountain ski, hiking and biking trails. The ski-In/ski-out location onto Fanny Hill is a green run that takes you to the Base Village. There you will find the Gondola, the Children's Tree House Ski School, shops, rental equipment, restaurants and all the lively happenings at the new Base Village. Enjoy being first on the slopes each morning, or gathering with family and friends to enjoy apres ski experience at an array of restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment near the center of one of the world's most desired ski destinations.

The Interlude is so convenient you can stop for lunch or a quick break and then head right back out to the village or mountain for more fun. In the winter you can easily ski down to the Village Express chair lift or the Elk Camp Gondola and head up the mountain for more skiing. This vacation rental is located on the 3rd floor and features high vaulted ceilings. However the elevator allows ease of access to everything. Exit the elevator and you will find your ski storage locker right there on the ground floor. Open the locker, grab your skis and off you go!

Numerous upgrades have been made in this wonderful Snowmass getaway. In the summer of 2022 the condo received new carpet and living room furnishings. The newly remodeled kitchen with new countertops is a bright and cheery space to prepare meals during your stay. The large dining table is a perfect spot to enjoy dinner or for game night. As you relax on the comfortable sofa with the wood-burning fireplace warming the room, you can enjoy the view out of the incredible wall to wall and floor to ceiling windows. In the fall you will love the beautiful golden leaves of the Aspen trees and in the winter the snow falling outside will be captivating! You can also enjoy the beauty of the Snowmass seasons from the common area hot tub, located just outside of your building on the ground level.

The main floor features a spacious king master bedroom with en-suite bath. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms each with 2 full size beds and an en-suite bath creating lots of privacy and space for all types of travelers. Families and groups of friends will appreciate having two full beds in the upstairs bedrooms and the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer. Relax on the balcony any time of year, where you will find a great view and a gas grill. With an incredibly convenient location, wonderful amenities and inviting decor, this vacation rental is perfect for your group or family any time of year!

  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles at check-out. If the home is left in an excessively unclean manner please note we will charge $50/hour for additional cleaning time needed after your departure.  
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.  A starter supply of paper products is provided.  Any additional needed during your stay is your responsibility.
  • "No pets or emotional support animals" policy must be observed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
  • Smoking (cigarette and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on any outdoor patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fee if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered under the insurance.  You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  This is also grounds for eviction.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.  Any violations will result in a fine of at least $150.  Repeated violations are grounds for eviction.
  • If your vacation rental requires a parking permit for a vehicle, this pass must be left or returned per your rental instructions, or there will be a fine of $200 per missing pass.
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and hot tub or private hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool, hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings,Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool, hot tub and patio areas.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

Beautiful Location

The location of the unit was a little far (30 min) from the town of Aspen but it was, none the less, beautiful and quiet in Snowmass. It's seemed a little remote when we visited in July but it was within 35 min of some beautiful rivers, lakes and hiking trails and is a short walking distance from the ski lifts and services. The unit was stocked with most everything needed for an extended stay, including firewood and detergent. A convenient grocery store is a 5 min drive down the hill. The only problem was that our dishwasher was not operating properly but the housekeeping staff was available to do the dishes if desired. The unit itself was roomy and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The available elevator is a must have for those not accustomed to high altitude and the hot tub was wonderful! The condo itself was spacious and the washer/dryer was an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

Hi Folks the people that texted us and gave information were friendly and helpful regarding check-in and check out. However, you can't make up for the fact that this property is extremely tired, not cared for, and moderately clean.... specifically: "soot" on the fireplace because the fireplace has no draw (no airflow)....you can't get a fire to stay lit. faucet in master bathroom is loose, toilet is missing a part, toilet paper holder is broken, furniture is tired, a very loud noise "boom" goes off every hour - related to HVAC,,,, battery on the lock to the ski locker is about dead. very sorry to report this. but, clearly management has not gone through the property to see that it is unkempt.

It is extremely unfortunate however that you did not share these items with them when they asked how your check-in went and if there was anything we could do to make your stay more enjoyable. Giving us a 2 star review after your stay without allowing us a chance to help is unfair. We would have gladly come by and helped with the fire, the faucet and addressed the items in the bathroom. All of these are easy fixes and when we miss them during our inspection we want to make it right. We are disappointed these items were missed as we do go through the property after every guest but we do not stay there and sometimes you only notice things when you are a guest, which is why we ask for feedback and have great communication with our guests. We want to do what we can to address any concerns our guests have during their stay, in order to make the stay more comfortable. This owner is constantly doing updates to her home and most recently installed new carpet throughout and new living room furnishings. We do understand that not every individually owned and decorated vacation rental meets all guests needs and hope that you are able to find more suitable accommodations on your future travels. Besides being in a fantastic ski-in/ski-out location the condo is well furnished and decorated in a tasteful mountain style. 303 Interlude is a beautiful condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and pots and pans you will need. The living room is a beautiful space with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the mountains. The beds are all super comfortable with down comforters and wonderful sheets. Towels are very plentiful and better than any we have used in very nice hotels. Thanks for sharing this wonderful home with us.

Hi! We had a wonderful time in this unit. We were a group of 4 adults ....so having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect. Our Mom is 84 and had knee surgery making the elevator and its closeness to the unit fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable. It was a quick walk to town for happy hour. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to SnowMass and staying at Interlude was part of the incredible trip. Online reservations were easy, a lot of communication before, during and after the stay. Accommodations were beautiful. Parking was covered and right by the elevator making it so easy for loading and unloading. The unit was very nicely appointed, beautiful view, nice furnishings and could sleep a lot of people. Very homey feel, we made a fire both nights and only a 20 minute drive into Aspen with views of lots of wildlife. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location - needs some upkeep

Fantastic location and great size for a family! Can walk out door, down three flights of stairs and basically be on the mountain. There were some obvious maintenance issues that they said could not be fixed - a constant drip in the master shower and a sink upstairs that wouldn’t drain. They came to repair but said that both required parts or tearing tile off so could not be addressed. Also, when we arrived, the elevator did not work so we had to carry all our stuff up three flights of stairs. That was fixed the next day. They also lack some pots in the kitchen - we had to borrow a big pot to make spaghetti.

Wonderful condominium with up-to-date, furnishings and finishes. ITrip made the reservation seamless and without problems. A true ski in ski out experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hot tub is incredible! Kitchen, utensils and appliances were excellent. Comfort of the beds were wonderful. Even has wonderful shower, water pressure! Can’t wait to rebook for next year!

Great stay in Snowmass!

First time ever using iTrip and had a great experience! The whole process from booking to check-out was exceptional! I wish iTrip had more properties so that I could use them exclusively. The property was as pictured and described. It is great for one large family or two families to share. The condo is truly ski-in ski-out as well, located just steps from the Westin Viewline. Several restaurants are within waking distance, even in the snow! We highly recommend Il Piggio if you are looking for some great farm to table Italian nearby. I would definitely stay at Interlude 303 in the future!
