EVERYTHING FOR EVERYONE!!! 4 King Bedrooms, 2 with Private Bathrooms, AWESOME Views. This cabin is just minutes from Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country! You can hear the Dollywood Train Whistle and see Dollywood's Seasonal Nightly Fireworks from the back deck. The Indoor Heated Pool is open year round, restrooms available for guests, and a nice size pool deck with table and chairs, or lounge chairs to enjoy those nice summer days soaking up the sun.

After the Sunset, enjoy the seasonal fireplace while watching your favorite show on the Large flat screen in the Living Room. There is a quarter bathroom on the main level for guests, equipped with a washer and dryer for guest convenience.

Take the next day and visit Dollywood, Dollywood Splash Country, or drive into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and visit the many attractions or shops. How about driving into the Smoky Mountains National Park for a day of adventures and hiking.

We had our entire family stay at High and Lifted Up this past weekend, we were in town for a wedding. It was the perfect size for us, 4 king beds was exactly what we needed. The hottub was great, kitchen was stocked well, beds were comfy. The location was perfect, the view was great. Wish we had time to use the pool, it’s looked nice as well.

The stress of getting a cabin when coming to pigeon forge was not as bad as other trips I’ve had/ gone on. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The area was nice and the views were amazing.

The cabin was very nice and well taken care of. Gorgeous view. Short drive to Dollywood/Splash mountain (you can see the fireworks & drone show from the balcony) and to the restaurants and stores. Only thing I would seek improvement on is new towels, and there were no pot holders or oven mitts so we had to use rags.

We've stayed at different houses for about 4 years and this is the most convenient. Just minutes away from Dollywood, and between the National Park and Soaky Mountain (two of our favorite destinations). The cabin is a little dated, but was clean and had a pool table and video game so the kids were happy. The hot tub was very nice, beds comfortable, and great living areas and balconies with fabuous views. We only had 4 forks (for 6 people), and when we let the company know they promptly brought over additional forks. Perhaps the best services of any rental company.

Great cabin. Had one issue that was taken Care of extremely fast. Beds were comfortable and cozy. It was perfect size for a family of 5. Great views. It was not An issue this trip, but the only concern would be snow or ice. The mountain is a very steep drive to the cabin. This trip was amazing, and I could not ask for a better can area. We loved it.

We had a great time at the cabin. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. Lots of seating at both the table and living room. Would stay here again. Only thing I would recommend is curtain in the master upstairs as the octagon window has nothing and people can look in. We put a sheet over it. Also fire extinguisher downstairs needs to be recharged it appears to have leaked out or someone before us used it.

We had family visiting from England, three generations were there. The location and the view were beautiful. It's pretty hard to find a good view in the Smokies. The hot tub worked great , the house was super clean. Very easy access to the house, comfy beds. Overall wonderful house. The only thing missing is coffee machine filters. As there is many kinds of coffee machines it would be so much easier just to stack some in the house as they are not that expensive.

We loved our stay at High and Lifted Up. The 4 king beds were perfect for our large party, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, especially with young kids. The views were wonderful! There did seem to be some big weed type plant/tree growing up, obstructing the views on the lower level. But it was still very beautiful. They were upfront with what was provided, however it still would be nice to provide at least 1 extra trash bag.

We really enjoyed our stay at High and Lifted Up. The cabin was beautiful, the location was great, it was clean and comfortable. A few odd things (having stayed at a lot of rentals through VRBO and AirB&B): there was no dish soap or sponges to do dishes, which made it difficult with 10 people to keep up on stuff. Not all the TVs worked, there were light bulbs out, and bathroom vent fans didn't work in some bathrooms, and parking was very, very limited. All super minor things, but especially the dish soap and lack of parking would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have planned better. Overall though the place was great, the view was beautiful, it fit our group of 10 just fine. We enjoyed being close to Dollywood and the attractions.

First I have to say this cabin, High and Lifted Up is beautiful with gorgeous views of the mountains. We had a problem with the grill, it didn't work. We had hamburgers all ready to grill and had to cook on the stove. We called the number that was provided to us and the next day we had a new grill. One suggestion I have is to have some instructions for how to use satellite TV. Also needed instructions for the dishwasher. We could only get it to wash on one cycle. This is our second time renting this cabin and we will rent it again.

Have to say that this is one rental that offered more than I had expected. House was clean and nice accommodations that fit a multi-family vacation Loved the king sized beds and having the 3 1/2 baths Close proximity to shows and shopping and have to mention the wonderful nightly view of the fireworks and lighted drone show at Dollywood that could be seen from the balcony. We happened to go during a heat wave and management came in prior to our arrival and did extra touches to keep the place cool which made a big difference and was much appreciated! We would definitely stay at this rental again and would highly recommend to family and friends

This past week, we stayed in High and Lifted Up. There were heat advisories for Sevierville, the whole week. Monday, we had went out and spent the day away from the cabin, upon our return, the upstairs was extremely hot, 83 degrees and did not start to cool down until 8pm, so I called the rental company the next morning, and they sent someone out to provide a portable a/c to try and help cool the place down, which did not help. I called Thursday to complain about the extreme heat, and they sent someone out to cover the windows to help try and control the heat, which cooled it down to 81 degrees. The living area faces the west and the wall to the west is all glass. We couldn’t even enjoy the living area due to the sun blasting through the windows, we all huddled in the dining room which was shaded. The cabin was nice and very well maintained, however,I would definitely not recommend it until there are some major changes.

Thank you for being a valued guest. Our staff provided an email to all guests explaining the heat wave warning , with an explanation that log structure buildings retain heat. Our staff diligently did everything possible to alleviate the uncomfortable conditions. The windows in your unit provided the enjoyment of the beautiful view. The excessive heat was beyond our control , but we were happy to help during these unprecedented circumstances. This is a spacious, convenient, and comfortable property that also provides large decks and beautiful area views. Our team was happy to promptly assist you, and we hope you visit the area again!

High & lifted up is where you want to be for the best family vacation in the Smokey Mountains. The cabin porch has a beautiful view, which is where my family spent most of the time. It’s location is so close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg activities, that you won’t want to stay anywhere else.

This was a perfect place for my daughter's bachelorette weekend. When we arrived, our original cabin was without electricity because of the bad weather. Taylor was very on point in getting us set up in another cabin and everything worked out perfectly. Everything about the cabin was just great. We have absolutely no problems at all with our stay. We had a wonderful time.

House was great! Location was great, too! Super close to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge. iTrip was great and having the Xplorie “perks” were fantastic! Saved us almost $150 on adult admissions to Dollywood, Anakeesta and the Titanic Museum. The only thing that Could have made it better is if I could Have booked with Xplorie online instead of having to call them….which is minor in the grand scheme of things :).

Beautiful cabin with a great view of the Smokey mountains and you could even hear the Dollywood train whistle. Very clean, well maintained. Perfect place to relax, and enjoy the scenery. My favorite place was seating out on the porch, enjoying the view and watching the sun set! I would recommend this place to anyone. It is located within a short drive to restaurants and activities. Wonderful stay & perfect location.

Overall our stay was wonderful. There were a couple of things to check out. The mattress in the 1st bedroom on the right downstairs seemed to have been caving in the center. Also, we had to exchange the propane gas at last min because it was empty. I contacted the maintenance team and the quickly responded and will be providing a refund. Lastly, as we were playing games inside and laughing really loud , the privacy seem to be on the low side as there was a complaint of noise. Security stopped by but was very friendly. We would definitely stay again as these were minor issues. The cabin was clean and very decent

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. It was most of my family’s first time in Tennessee and the cabin was perfect for us. Our kids were most excited about the hot tub and it did not disappoint because there was a brand new hot tub installed! It was very enjoyable for the kids and the adults. The kids especially loved that at night time the light in it could change colors. The adults enjoyed it too with its built in drink slots and powerful jet seats. It was nice after a long day at Dollywood! The beds were also so comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of 9. My favorite part of the cabin was having my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Smokey Mountains. I would recommend this place to anyone. It truly is the perfect location: close to restaurants and activities but in the mountain to give you that experience as well. Wonderful stay & perfect location.

Ok, not one to normally leave reviews but they have helped me make decisions on rentals. I read mostly good things about this property. Here are my pros and cons; Pros: nicely decorated, great views, ok kitchen supplies, does have a grill that works, cool arcade game, also like the master bedroom and two living areas. Nice resort pool. Cons: TV upstairs is positioned weird-so the sound goes directly downstairs. We had neighbors all 3 nights who were extremely loud, smoking pot, and up literally all night making noise. We couldn’t even enjoy a peaceful evening on the porch because they were so loud and their smoke just drifted down. The neighbors are super close and walls seem paper thin in and outside the home. Good luck keeping a baby or toddler asleep. Toilet paper lasted ALMOST the weekend. Considering the money we paid, you could have spared an extra roll or two of the .47 cent toilet paper. Jacuzzi tub was cool but you had to figure out how to make the water actually come out more-like some weird secret way to turn the nobs and then turn them both again even past the point of stopping. Super weird. Hot tub jets shot out randomly in your face if you weren’t careful. No fire pit, only a charcoal grill which you maybe could call one. Beds were WAY to squishy-probably will need a chiropractor adjustment when you go back home. Someone’s leftover coco pebbles were under the furniture but otherwise clean. It’s unfortunate but I would recommend looking elsewhere and would not book again. No dish liquid for hand washing dishes. You get two trash bags and like 3 pods of dish gel for the dishwasher. Super unhappy.

We stayed from November 2 thru the 5th. The cabin was very clean and very nice on inside. The view is amazing !!!! Beds are very comfortable. Only issue we had was the dryer took 4 hours to dry a load of clothes. I reported it and maintenance came straight out and fixed it. We would definitely stay here again!!

I was amazed at how nice this cabin was. It was decorated so nicely. This was our 4th time renting a cabin in the Smokies and this one was by far the best one yet. Lots of pots and pans plus never had hand soap/shampoo-conditioner in the bathrooms in the other cabins we have stayed at. Also, a picnic table on the deck was so nice. We would definitely come back to this cabin again.

f Requested 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms. Received 3 full and a half. One couple had to share a bathroom. Not happy. Pour supply of wash clothes and soap too.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that you were not happy. We have a very detailed description of this property and it does include that bathroom are shared and that one bathroom is a half bath. We also apologize for the poor supply of the items in the cabin. We provide a certain amount of washcloths and encourage to use the washer/dryer during the stay and we also just provide a starter pack of items including soaps and additional will need to be provided by the guest. We do have this information included in our rental agreement. We want our guests to be happy and if we could have answered any questions or provided any help to you we were always available and happy to help.

We came here for 5 days to celebrate New Year and enjoy Christmas atmosphere at mountains.Unfortunlally there was no snow at all, but house was amazing!!!We couldnot be more happy and satisfied!Amazing rooms and views!!!We were 9 people and it was one of the most amazing vacation just because of so beautiful house!!!We will definitely come back in summer!Highly recommended!!!

We had a great time. the cabin was beautiful and well sized for our family. The view off the back deck was amazing. The kids loved the pool table and game system. The Christmas decorations were awesome too! I would have given a 5 except we did not have water on Christmas Day. However, I was compensated for that issue as well as they brought water to each cabin. We will definitely stay at High and Lifted up again!

Great location for getting around town without a lot of traffic. Beautiful views and cabin. Plenty of space, new appliances, decorated in a simplistic tasteful way. Couldn’t have been better for 3 generations to spend time together. Limited parking if you have more than 2 cars.

This place was absolutely beautiful, perfect location for Dollywood and pigeon Forge. It was very clean well stoked with everything needed to make meals. Our 2 families just had a great relaxing time.
