Welcome to the Nordic Den in Ballard! This is an amazing location that is only a 2 block walk to the heart of Ballard with shopping, restaurants and nightlife (5 miles from Seattle). This newly furnished apartment is the perfect urban space with it’s large screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, plenty of seating for movie watching, a stocked kitchen, a private bedroom and an outdoor patio space complete with a bright blue cafe table and chairs that is calling you outside to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. This is a relaxing retreat for a couple, corporate traveler, small family or friends' weekend.

This is location is centrally located to enjoy Ballard restaurants, shopping, Nordic Museum, Ballard Locks and Salmon Ladder, but it is only 5 miles to Seattle's best tourist attractions: the Seattle Center (which includes the Space Needle, Children's Museum, Pacific Science Center, Chilhuly Garden and Glass), MoPOP museum, Seattle Aquarium, and Pike Place Market. This location offers access to some of Downtown Seattle's best restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and shopping. And if you are a sports fan you are less than 5 miles away from the brand new Climate Pledge Arena (home of the Kraken NHL team) and less than 7 miles from Seahawks, Mariners, and Sounders' stadiums so you can enjoy football, baseball, and/or soccer games!

* No events or parties - If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given

* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* Maximum occupancy for this property is 3 people (see House Rules). $100 fee per person per night for each additional extra overnight guest

* Must be 25 years old to reserve home

* Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

* Be respectful to the condo and your neighbors. Excessive noise and disregard to Seattle's noise ordinance can result in eviction

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Day of Departure:
​- Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- Please do NOT take off the sheets and leave the beds unmade 
- All dirty towels should be placed on the bathroom floor
- All dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher
- Trash & recycling should be put into the labeled cans in the garage
NOTE: Guests can have items returned for a $20 fee plus shipping.
Please remove your shoes upon entry

​​SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right for quiet enjoyment of their premises. Exterior cameras can be located at the front and back doors.
NOISE
No PARTIES allowed. Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.Depending on severity, we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to the property and issue a minimum $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities that could result in eviction, loss of all rents, and additional fines or damages after removal. Party monitoring equipment can be used in this home (no confidential information is collected).
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
If evidence of a pet(s) is found on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit plus $250 extra cleaning fee and any damage as a result of the pet.
RENTAL AGE REQUIREMENT 
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 years of age! 
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Sheets, comforters (with clean comforters) and towels are included and are not to be taken from the home (fees will charged for missing or make-up damaged towels). An initial setup is provided of trash liners, paper towels, toilet paper, soap/shampoo and light cleaning supplies. NOTE: No glitter/confetti is to be used here. Expect extra cleaning fees to be added of at least $300.00.
NONSMOKING HOME
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.
No open flames (ie. Candle burning is NOT permitted in the home). Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. 
UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, and water. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored quickly. 
ENTRY BY OWNER
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises if there is an emergency or there are necessary repairs. TENANT will be notified in non-emergency situations.
