Stay at a beautiful second-floor condo overlooking the Necanicum River offering incredible views and located just a few blocks from the beach. The condo is nestled in a quiet gated Seaside community and walking distance to the beach and famous promenade where you can find restaurants, candy shops, a movie theater, aquarium, arcade, and more.

The condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms and an open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a lawn out back by the river for guests to enjoy, a wonderful array of wildlife, and incredible views from the balcony. On the inside, the living space is bathed in natural light from the oversized windows and every piece of furniture and décor is new and procured to help you relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for almost any culinary need. This condo's beautiful location, cozy living space, and full dining amenities are perfect for two couples or a small family to enjoy.

PET FRIENDLY: With written authorization **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Spacious Seaside Condo

We have stayed in many residential areas through the years, but this condo was the best place we have rented. It was clean, had wide hallways, a generous sized laundry room , well furnished bathrooms , nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. The flow of decorative theme was constant throughout. The location was perfect for a walk to the beach or going downtown. We also appreciated the security with a gated parking lot.

My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary, we loved it. The view from the balcony, the cleanliness, a few steps from the beach. It was excellent, we definitely recommend it to have a good time with the family or even a work trip.

Well maintained and equipped unit. With all new decor. Very convenient location on the river near the beaches. Unit was very clean and decent appliances and well equipped kitchen. Our only complaint would be the cleaning staff left no extra trash can liners and we needed to buy some.

The condo was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The added bonus of a video game with games from our younger days made it fun. The unit is close to town and the beach. The view of the river and the sunsets were gorgeous. Highly recommend the condo.

This vacation was better than expected. The location was perfect with a beautiful view. This condo was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on getting this exact condo at least once or twice a year minimum. I can't say enough good things about our stay!!

The main reason I chose this condo was because they allowed my dog and it looked nice. It was a nice location, not too far from town, yet not in the thick of it. I liked that the property was gated. It was clean and decorated in a fun beachy decor. The unit was updated and they had everything we needed in the kitchen. They did have a washer/ dryer which is nice for longer stays. They were quick to answer any questions I had including early check in. The check in/out was an easy process as well. I loved the view of the canal from the windows. My husband enjoyed the game with over 1000 games from his childhood. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

A great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the river in Seaside. Only 1/2 mile from the ocean beaches. Well equipped for cooking and eating. A nice deck with a gas BBQ. And comfortable beds!

Ideal Double Date

This rental was ideal for us, 2 couples. The rooms and general size of the place was better than expected and the view from the back window and balcony was peaceful and provided a nice amount of natural daylight into the living room. For any minor bump in the road, in our case the internet router was broken upon arrival, the service was attentive and caring to fix and satisfy us. The master bedroom and bathroom was a highlight with a large bathtub and cozy bed.

Fantastic Place in Seaside!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Communication was great leading up to the stay. When we arrived, the place was clean and very cozy for our time during my son's basketball tournament. A beautiful location on the water and very safe and clean. Located right near the Nike outlet and all of the fun in downtown Seaside. Can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our time in #210. It’s an amazing place. It has everything you need, plus some. We really enjoyed the view, too. Watching the Necanicum River flow by with its variety of birds was fun and relaxing. It’s fun to see the changing water levels with the changing tide and the change in the rate of water flow, along with the logs floating downstream. Yes, it was a really wonderful time there. Plus, it’s close to the Boardwalk to walk along the ocean and close to Seaside’s unique shops. Also, the kitchen is extremely well equipped for any type of cooking.

Definitely a 5 star experience from start to finish. The booking process with iTrip and the communication throughout was on point. When we arrived to the condo and walked in, it was even better than we hoped. It was super spacious, had great views of the river, and the place was spotless. The parking lot was gated, so it felt extremely safe and we loved the yard in the back. We went for walks each day with our toddlers and they had a blast running up and down the lawn by the river. It made us want to buy one in this building! We will 100% be back!

Great location and sparkling clean condo

The condo is at a very good location, 2 blocks from the shore and a few blocks from the busy town center. The parking lot is gated. The unit is sparkling clean, with all the functional appliances and everything you will ever need in the kitchen. All the supplies are already there in the kitchen and the laundry room. The host is super responsive thru both email and SMS. Highly recommended. We definitely will look for other properties managed by Corey and his team.
