Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen ! This includes bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

Upon arriving at "Sweet Caroline 30A," you immediately feel like you have found your vacation destination for years to come! This large open concept Penthouse condo is beautifully appointed throughout, and provides enough space, and seating for fun, relaxation, and a great time for a week of visiting with family and friends. The living, dining and kitchen areas are expansive and open, making them the perfect setting for your stay. This large area includes a comfortable seating area, dining table, and a large well appointed kitchen with quartz counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.

Access to the large private covered patio is off of the living area, and is the perfect example of indoor/outdoor living at its best! This patio includes multiple seating areas, a dining table for 4, and a spectacular view of Seacrest beach as well as its 12,000 sq. ft. resort lagoon pool…the largest pool in the Highway 30A area! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening night cap all while taking in the smell of the salty air, and enjoying the coastal breeze. Take either a short stroll (a block and then just across 30A) or grab a ride on the complimentary seasonal tram that will take you and all of your beach gear straight to the beach!

Property Manager does provide you with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.
