Welcome to Lighthouse Road! This gorgeous home has adorable old world charm, but modern in all the right places, a short walk to historical Scituate Lighthouse, Sand Hills Beach (less than 1/4 mile), Museum Beach (less than 1/4 mile), and Peggotty Beach (within 1.5 miles). With magnificent views of harbor and ocean, this is a wonderful place to bring your family! You'll park in the driveway and enter through a fabulous screened porch with seating and a swing. This home sleeps 6 comfortably in private bedrooms, but there are a lot of extra sleeping areas, including 2 pull out sofas, and a seasonal sleeping porch.
This home has the uniqueness of providing an outdoor lounge directly across the street from the physical home with plenty of seating that puts you right in front of Scituate Harbor. You'll also be able to light a fire in the propane firepit and enjoy the views and change of scenery from high to low tide.
Around the back of the home, there is a large grassy back yard, BBQ grill and fully enclosed outdoor shower. You'll also find the entrance to the seasonal sleeping porch with 4 twin beds and pull out twin trundles, enabling 4 more people to sleep in the home.
Inside the home, the main floor has a spacious living room with plenty of seating, an electric fireplace with flatscreen smart TV above it, atached laundry room, and dedicated workspace in the bunkbed room off the living room.

Tenant and guests agree to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant and guests found the premises to be upon check-in, normal wear and tear expected.

Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping. Towels should be placed in the bathroom on the floor.

All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.

The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 8 people, not including a child in a crib.

Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.

"No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises.

Smoking is not allowed in the unit.

Parking is provided and details are included in the check-in instructions. If the property provides parking passes and they are lost or not returned, a $50 charge per pass will result (cost of replacement of the pass).

Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).

Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Massachusetts, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Massachusetts or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
