FULL DESCRIPTION

This charming historic 1923 Craftsman Bungalow home near downtown Sarasota, has been newly renovated and decorated. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a living room with a comfortable seating arrangement. There is a formal dining room with seating for up to six people and an eat-in kitchen towards the rear of the house that is fully stocked with everything you need to make delicious meals at home. The rear door in the kitchen leads to an outdoor dining table with ambient lighting at night for meals al fresco. After dinner, relax with your favorite drink around the firepit in this private backyard. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and access to the two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a walk-in shower in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms are appointed with luxurious sheets and bedding for a restful night's sleep.

With a lovely neighborhood park in walking distance, many guests consider bringing their furry companion along. Dogs are considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax. Please reach out for approval.

This comfortable private home is located just minutes from downtown Sarasota where you will find many options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. Take your dog for a stroll to Whitaker Gateway Park within walking distance from the home and includes a nice playground with restrooms, a picnic area. and beautiful views of the bay. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class white sand beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is 8 miles (20-25 minutes) and Lido Beach is 5 miles (15-20 minutes) from the home. Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. Flying into Sarasota/Bradenton airport is easy and convenient with direct flights from many cities and is only a 10 minutes drive from the home.

Frequently Asked Questions

1—Please no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted.  This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance.  
2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are allowed with prior approval and a 200.00 pet fee.  This fee will not cover damages caused by the pet.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycles in the bins near home or place the bins curbside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm.  Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited.
