This home is also an excellent spot for families with children and the beloved family dog.
Inside this well-appointed retreat, you will find a sunny living area with terrazzo tile floors and a smart TV - a wonderful place to gather, play board games, and relax with your loved ones. Let your creativity flow and treat your friends to delicious homemade meals in the full kitchen equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances. The dining room off the kitchen offers a light-filled spot to enjoy all your meals or work from home if required. There is a designated working space with a desk, desk chair, and printer.

If you are a baseball enthusiast, the Ed Smith Stadium, the spring training home of the Baltimore Orioles, is just two miles away. 2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are allowed with a paid pet fee of 200.00
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins near home or place the bins curbside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
