Welcome to a little piece of riverfront paradise in Crescent Beach! Bring your boat or kayaks to enjoy adventure on the river, along with watching amazing sunsets and wildlife from your own backyard. Spend the afternoons swimming, surfing, and sunning on one of Florida's most gorgeous and family-friendly beaches only a short 7 minute walk away. Ideally tucked away on a large piece of property accented by beautiful oaks, this is the perfect place to bring your boat and bike trailers along on your vacation. A marina with canoe rentals, fishing gear, and kayak canoe launch is just a short walk or drive away.

Anchors Away River House has been freshly renovated, while maintaining the unique character and charm of an "Old Florida" home. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Dine together or play a few board games at the table for six located on the screened front porch. For sleeping options, there are three cozy bedrooms in this home. Each bedroom offers a grand view of the intracoastal. Two bedrooms offer plush queen size beds. The third bedroom is kid friendly offering a full over twin bunk bed and a single bed with trundle.There is more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. At the end of the day, roast marshmallows, tell stories around the fire pit, or just simply relax and enjoy the outdoor hammock as the stars come out to dot the sky.

In addition, take in a little history during your stay as all of the sights and activities of Historic St. Augustine are located within a 15 minute drive of the home. Also just a few minutes away, enjoy fishing or paddleboarding in the beautiful Matanzas Inlet, take a free water taxi ride to the Matanzas fort on the intracoastal, or spend a day exploring Marineland and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, one of Florida's hidden treasures of history and nature!

**PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire through the booking platform with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

For your safety, the weight limit for bunk beds is 100 pounds.

We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check Out Time is at 10:00 AM! But before you leave, be sure to:
 

  • Please empty the refrigerator.

  • Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.

  • Please do not strip sheets but leave beds unmade.

  • Pile all dirty towels in the bathroom or laundry room.

  • If you have rearranged any furniture or placed any items out of sight, please put them back as they were when you arrived.

  • Please be sure to collect all of your belongings.

  • Please remove all trash and place it in the respective trash recepticle. 


*Please be considerate of the check out time since the cleaners need to get in to prepare the property for the next guests. A delay in check out will result in a charge of additional fees. Thanks so much and we hope you will come again soon!

MAINTENANCE

Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.  Check out instructions as provided must be complied with. 

HOLD HARMLESS

Tenant and all other occupants willingly occupy these premises.  In exchange for being allowed to occupy the premises, Tenant, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, and descendants, agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and forever discharge  iTrip or the Owner from any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, death, or other claim or injury suffered of any nature whatsoever arising out of Tenant’s own negligence or gross negligence; the negligence or gross negligence of  the Owner or iTrip or any of its employees, managers, principals, owners, representatives, agents, authorities, leaders, or other person affiliated with it in any way; and the negligence or gross negligence of any other occupant in connection with the stay whether that be prior to, during, or immediately after the stay. By agreeing to these terms, and in exchange for being allowed to stay on the premises, you further agree that you will indemnify iTrip and the Owner and hold iTrip and the Owner harmless for any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, or other claims made by all other occupants other than yourself arising out of or in any way caused by your actions undertaken in the course of your stay on the premises. Tenant understands that he/she does not have to stay on the premises and that without agreeing to these terms whereby he/she chooses voluntarily to waive any liability of iTrip and the Owner under the above terms, he/she will not be allowed to stay on the premises.

If your property shares a common indoor or outdoor space, please be respectful of the other tennants in conduct and language.

For pet friendly properties, pets must be approved prior to booking.  Request approval with number, size and breed.  A pet fee and/or pet deposit will apply.  Do not leave dog unattended in house unless in kennel. If your dog is interrupting the neighbors with any barking or noise, the dog will have to be removed and there will be a fine of $250. If you bring a pet to a non-pet friendly property, you will be subject to our $500 fee for house rule violation!

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay! The property had a beautiful new dock that my kids saw dolphins, Manatees, Turtles and fish. We wish we had more time there to eat dinner on the picnic table on the dock. The breeze was amazing out there and the dock is huge. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. We easily loaded up our surf boards and went to the beach with the family. The house had a hose that was easy to use and spray down the boards and the beach toys. The house had extra beach chairs as well they we could use. The host was very kind and reached out before during and after. Great find! We will be back.

Best kept secret on the island.

What an incredible property with million dollar views. As a boat owner, the dock was second to none. Being able to lift the boat each day and have fresh water and power on the dock to take care of the boat was great. The home owners definitely under sold and over delivered on this one !!!

Quiet and Beautiful location

This house is perfect for our family. My favorite place has been using the screened in patio for games and puzzles. Kitchen and bathrooms have everything we need. The beach is within walking distance or you can drive onto the beach. I will definitely be coming back for this house again!

Hosts made this so easy. Great response time. They thought of everything. Plenty of nice pillows, blankets and towels. A very well equipped kitchen. We loved the firepit and the breeze from the water. Every bed has a quality mattress so a good night's sleep was had by all. "Starter/staple" items such as salt, pepper, sugar, paper products, etc., ended up coming in clutch. 😅 The place was clean, booking, check-in, and check-out was super easy. This is how vacations should be...relaxing and peaceful. Thank you so much.
