Meet iTrip® Perdido Key

iTrip Perdido Key is owned and managed by Dan and Patty Cummings. The couple has lived in the Perdido Key area for over three years. However, they are not new to the Gulf Coast area. Dan and Patty have owned condos on the Gulf Coast and experienced property management from the owner’s perspective.

Dan was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, and has a lifelong love for the Gulf Coast. Patty was born and raised in Indiana and has lived in the Gulf Coast area for over 10 years. They both enjoy the local community and all it offers to residents and visitors.

Dan has been in the healthcare financial industry for more than 30 years. He delivers exceptional customer service to his clients and strives for customer satisfaction. He has managed several large projects throughout his career and is organized and detail oriented. In addition to working in the healthcare industry, he has also owned and operated several successful service companies. Dan enjoys working with people and sharing his knowledge of the local area.

Patty has worked in the healthcare financial industry for the last 30 years. She possesses both operational and technical expertise and has worked with hospitals across the U.S. She focuses on customer service and meeting and exceeding client expectations, and applies those same skills to vacation property management in Perdido Key.
