Meet iTrip Golden Isles

iTrip Golden Isles is owned and operated by Ben and Holly Kinsey. They provide short-term rental property management services in Georgia’s beautiful Golden Isles region, which includes St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island and Sea Island.

Holly is a St. Simons Island native who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Mercer University and worked as a maternity nurse. She then went to Augusta University for her Master of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Holly continues to work part-time as a licensed Nurse Practitioner for a local immediate care center.

Ben grew up in Dalton, Georgia, and graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in civil engineering. After school, he worked as a manager and director at a utility company in the natural gas, electric, water, sewer, and stormwater sectors. After moving to the Golden Isles in 2015, Ben worked as an estimator and project manager in the industrial construction industry overseeing multi-million-dollar projects.

Ben and Holly enjoy spending their time with their two daughters. Having a love for water, the family can frequently be found at the beach or pool. They also enjoy spending time with friends and family and going on short weekend getaways.

The Kinseys could not be more excited about owning and operating iTrip Golden Isles. They love the flexibility and pride that comes with owning their own business and being able to provide a local level of service to vacation rental owners and guests, while also utilizing the powerful resources and international recognition that comes with the iTrip brand.
