Frequently Asked Questions

1- PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (10p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful.
2- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.
3- Pets are NOT permitted 
4 - Parking in driveway.
5- Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs.
6- Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home and if detected there will be a $250 charge.
7- Family Rental Only -Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25.
8- Sleeping Capacity/Disturbances - Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of (7) eight people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
9- Utilities - No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
10- Hold Harmless - iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconvenience, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas cable service. electricity or plumbing.
11- Early Check-In (ECI) OR Late Check-Outs (LCO). We have to charge a $50.00 fee if an ECI or LCO is requested. This requires staff to create new codes and add cleaning staff to ensure the house is ready for the next guest. We will always try to accommodate you as the guest and make your stay the best it can be. Please reach out immediately if you would like to request an ECI or LCO so we can prepare staff and update codes.
12- Any stained or missing linens or washcloths guests will be charged $15.00 per item. 
13. Trash days are Monday and Wednesdays, *Cans go out Sunday and Tuesday night) recycling is on Mondays. Sticker must be facing the street.
14. Landscapers come on Tuesdays.
15. Pool company comes on Fridays to service pool. Swim at your own risk! Pool heat shuts off at 10pm. 
16. Fishing Dock gets hot, please wear shoes. 
17. Pond/Lake does have aligators, please be aware and no swimmimng in pond/lake. 
18. ​A 50.00 additional cleaning fee will be charged for all stays greater than 14 days. 

PETS

Pets are NOT permitted only on properties. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises, the Tenant and all guests will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.  Unauthorized Pets on the property subject the Tenant to a $500 fine.
 
If anyundisclosed pet causes any damage, or the property requires additional cleaning the guest will be charged the cost of any repairs or clean up.  The guest authorizes their credit card to be charged directly for the repair or cleanup cost.
You are responsible for any damages caused by any pet as they are NOT authorized in the home.  You take full responsibility for your pet and hold iTrip-Palm Harbor and OWNER harmless. 

FAMILY RENTAL ONLY

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! The maximum number of occupants allowed per property is listed in the property description.  Maximum capacity applies to any given time, such as during a gathering of people at the property that includes guests that are not staying overnight.  Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies.

UTILITIES

No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. 

NONSMOKING UNIT

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found inside.  Or you will be billed a $500 penalty for violating the Smoking Policy.  Smoking includes all forms of tobacco, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.

HOLD HARMLESS

None of iTrip Palm Harbor, or the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises;  (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God or other reasons beyond their control.  This includes the use of any amenities that could include, hot tub, pool, bicycles, wagon, games, BBQ, appliances, fire pit, etc. The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner and iTrip Palm Harbor, free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

You just never know how much a property might have changed after the photos were taken. This property did not disappoint in any way. The house was bright, airy and obviously refreshed and updated. The furnishings were well done and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances to make things feel like home. The pool, lanai and patio were used daily and the view out back was a real bonus. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty to do in the area, close to Tampa, St. Pete and other communities. Communication with our contact person, Tim, was excellent. The few times we had questions, he replied very quickly. From the time we first opened the front door, to the time we finally left the property, we felt comfortable and welcomed.

I don't have enough great things to say about the amazing stay we had at "First Daisy". When we pulled up my husband and I said it was the prettiest house on the block especially with the vivid beautiful plants, palm trees and overall landscaping. Upon entering first daisy it was immaculately clean and bright. The pictures are accurate but don't do justice, we did our walk around as we do with all rentals and were so happy this was the home we chose to stay in. Each room is spacious and set up perfectly. We only needed to use one bedroom, it was very comfy and the bedding smelled so good! Kitchen was big with all new appliances. The lanai was wonderful we were even able to sit out on the days we had some rain. The pool was awesome and each day of our trip we were able to swim day and night (it looks so cool with the party lights on too). The backyard is big and very private/quiet, we tried fishing but no luck for us. Overall, this was one of our favorite rentals and would love to come back again, our only wish is that we could bring our dog next time haha. Thank you Timothy and family for sharing the beautiful property.
