We still have some prime seasonal days available in this Newly renovated, BEAUTIFUL home on the water in a quiet neighborhood. You will LOVE it! This is a great place for an escape! Soooo many options for things to do! Starting with, Relax and get away from it all.... You can find shells and sharks teeth at the Manasota Key Beaches, using the beach essentials provided. Lots of fun shopping and restaurants in Englewood, Placida, and Boca Grande. Or just stay at the house and swim in the heated pool or unwind in the hot tub. Go Fishing or boating. Hang out on the dock. Bird watching from the pool. And, if you must, check in at work using our WIFI from our first floor office area.

INSIDE Downstairs:

- Spread out and relax in the 2 story entry room with grand tall ceilings and a 2 story windows with a courtyard view of the pool and patio.

- Work remotely with fast WIFI in the private first floor office.

- Downstairs 1/2 bath for your convenience

- Beautiful separate dining room with large glass table open to the dry bar

- Fully stocked newly remodeled kitchen

- Modern, comfortable living room where you can visit with family while you enjoy the view of the water and cook at the same time.

- Beautiful dock for fishing or docking your boat - Please note, the boat lift is not available as part of the rental.

Parking -

There are two driveways for parking with enough room for a trailer or an RV. There is NO PARKING ON THE GRASS.
