In addition, each bedroom has its own private bath with a half bath for guests. The living area has a sectional sofa & chair providing plenty of space for relaxing.

The cook in your family will be happy to prepare your favorite meal in the gourmet kitchen, which offers modern appliances, granite countertops, & beautiful custom wood cabinetry. The dining room hosts a formal table with seating for 8.

The bonus den offers a sleeper sofa & love seat, plus a TV creating the perfect spot for kids or teens to hang out! The oversized gulf front balcony features a chaise lounge, an outdoor table & seating for five.
