Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). When you enter the home from your private entrance the main living area features the perfect entertainment space for your family and friends. The living area features a wall-mounted Smart TV, fire place, dining area, beverage center with wine cooler, breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen, and access to the backyard. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cookware needed to prepare homemade meals and beach snacks. There is also a half bath on the main level for your convenience.

When you are ready to get out and explore, check out Perdido Key's white sugar sand beaches. There are several public access beaches up and down Perdido Key Drive and Johnson Beach/Gulf Shores National Seashore is under 3 miles. There are also places along Perdido Key Drive to rent kayaks and paddleboards. You will find local dining options just a short drive away. When you are finished with your day at the beach or exploring the area, there are 3 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The master suite has a king bed, TV and en suite with a large walk-in shower. The two guest rooms both feature a queen size beds and twin bunk beds. The two guest bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full size bathroom. The bedroom level of the home also features a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

You will also have access to a full garage with parking for 2 vehicles, you can also park an additional 2 cars in the driveway.

No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
