As indicated on the rental agreement, all iTrip Park City properties have a strict no-party policy. 

For everyone's safety, do not exceed the listed max occupancy of the home and amenities.

Unless otherwise listed, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please observe them and be respectful of the home and neighbors. 

All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing. 

Violations are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

The condo is as described, we used a blow up queen mattress because the bed was broke but maintenance was very responsive. Great location.

I loved the feel of this place. It was both modern, elegant yet warm - in it's feel. The location was great. It was a short walk across a shared parking lot, to a little village of restaurants, bars, ice cream, ski shops....and the lifts. Super convenient with the 3 full baths and full kitchen. We loved our stay and will book again. Next year !
