Whispering Pines is suitably named, as you will be quietly tucked in among the towering pines in this mountainside retreat. The home is the perfect blend of comfort and style, loaded with pillows and heavy blankets to snuggle by the fire with touches of pop art throughout to set the stage. Tuck in for a relaxing stay or head out for active adventures. Whispering Pines is perfectly located for all your outdoor adventures: skiing, boarding, snowmobiling, skateboarding, hiking, biking, fishing, climbing, tubing, or shopping. Post adventure, take in the stars wrapped in a wool blanket by the fire pit, or soak your tired muscles in the 8-person hot tub steps from the main living area. The kids (or the kid in you) can escape to the lower level to play Xbox on an 80-inch TV or try their hand at air hockey. Dinner can be prepared in the gourmet kitchen equipped with Bertazzoni appliances, or take the night off and enjoy the fine dining located minutes away on Park City’s Main Street. Whispering Pines has it all: whether you are a large extended family, family friends, or a group of adults, you will not want to leave…and return visits are always appreciated.

Whispering Pines is equipped with a king bed, two queens, and two double/single bunk beds for a total of 7 beds sleeping 10+ people. There are two huge wraparound couches in the living areas for extra sleepers. The house is equipped with a Pack-and-Play and highchair for the little ones. All beds are styled with clean white bedding fit for a luxury hotel and laundered and sanitized for every guest.
Three full baths are supplied with Pharmacopia shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The scent of Verbena creates a spa-like experience. The master bath is suited with a standup shower with a bench as well as a jacuzzi tub to complete the experience.
Architecturally, the home is a perfect mix of mountain and modern, with a wall of windows that bring the surrounding pines into the home.

The well-appointed gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, an Instantpot, a Crockpot, a toaster, a commercial-grade blender, spices, and an outdoor gas grill. The dedicated coffee and beverage bar has two coffee makers (Keurig and standard), an electric tea kettle, and a mini fridge for easy beverage access. Two full-size refrigerators provide plenty of room for groceries, while an additional wine and beverage cooler is in the lower-level bar. The dining table seats 8 and 4 at the lengthy kitchen island for 12 diners. The outdoor dining table comfortably seats up to six, and five chairs surround the fire pit. Don’t forget to grab one of the wool outdoor blankets for extra warmth outside!
If your trip coincides with March Madness or you’re just a movie fanatic, the house has four smart TVs with access to all your favorite streaming apps. The main living space has cable, a soundbar, and surround sound for that full theater experience. Are you just a music fan? Play your favorite tunes via Bluetooth. Ready for game night? Multiple games and puzzles are located under the TV.
A mountain-themed dog bowl is ready for your furry friend, and the large fenced-in deck creates a perfect space for your four-legged companion to take in nature. If you or your dog want to stretch your legs, Whispering Pines is a short 500 steps from one of the many Summit Park trailheads. Multiple trailheads provide hikes for weeks while never taking the same path twice.
If you or your kids prefer wheels or boards beneath your feet, Woodard is down the hill from the house. Take the interstate two exits to The Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley, or head the opposite way to Cottonwood Canyon, which takes approximately 30 minutes to access Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton ski resorts. Snowmobiling and Fly Fishing expeditions launch from the Park City area. Eight miles from Park City is Olympic Park, where you can enjoy a thrilling bobsled experience. If you are a Utes fan, Whispering Pines is 18 miles from Rice-Eccles Stadium or 23 miles to see the Jazz play in downtown Salt Lake. Lastly, you will start and end your trip with a 26-mile drive to and from the Salt Lake City airport.

- Please ensure all doors (including the glass door to the deck) are locked anytime you are not home.
