CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
No SMOKING anywhere on premises except designated areas on the paved parking lot. Discard butts appropriately!
Pets are NOT allowed.
Vandalism is punishable by law. Anyone caught vandalizing will be reported to local authorities. iTrip assumes no responsibility for theft or damages to vehicles or personal property.
No Outdoor Grilling of any kind on balconies including ground floors.
Prohibited items: Open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and drugs that are illegal in the State of Florida are prohibited in the unit.
Foul Language is NOT tolerated. Be nice.
No Throwing anything off balconies. It is a felony offense. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law & subject to immediate eviction.
Towels or clothing is not to be hung over the railings.
Seagulls are NOT to be fed from balconies.
Florida Laws Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.

I phoned on Sunday 6/16 to report multiple plumbing issues. They were never addressed while we were there. The dishwasher backed up into the sink with disgusting water. The master shower would have 1-2 inches of water before completing a shower. The master sink immediately backs up when turned on. The front bathroom sink drains slowly. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken and we missed the additional table on the balcony. One small one is not enough for a large group. We rented this unit in 2023 and came back in 2024 because it was worth the money. We will go elsewhere next year.

Our 2nd time at Commodore, different unit. We really loved this particular one (801). Kitchen was very nice and spacious, and stocked. We had enough dishes and silverware with plenty to spare. It was so nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella included with our unit. We really appreciated all the extra pillows and blankets provided, which usually are lacking in some places we stay at. Every bedroom had extras, we didn't really need extras at this time for family of 6, but it was nice to know that if we needed them, they're available. Our only issue is that the bedroom with king bed, the balcony didn't latch, no matter how much we tried. It didn't really matter, since no one would get into unit from balcony side, but if you're coming with kids and want privacy, even though bedroom door locks, the balcony doesn't. Having a bathroom and shower in every bedroom was a great. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and how well the unit was decorated- not over the top, and it was easy to rest in this condo.

The next time we go to PCB, we're going to plan our trip around when this condo is free, because we absolutely loved it here. Here's everything we loved about it: -Parking for it was so close and picking up the parking pass was a breeze. -Numerical lock meant we didn't have to use (or share or lose) any keys. -The condo itself was so spacious, and having a bathroom for each bedroom made everything easier. -Furniture was all very comfortable - not too firm, not too squishy. -The balcony on this place was HUGE - and you're high enough up to not get any pool chatter but not so much that you're afraid to look down. -The kitchen had all the pots and pans and appliances we'd ever need. -You take the elevator down, walk past the pool, and then you're on SUCH a beautiful beach that is within easy walking distance to St. Andrews. -The included beach chairs/umbrella were fantastic, and the pricing for more of them was very reasonable. They're also situated close enough to the ocean that you don't have crowds in front of you. -The location was fantastic - Publix and a liquor store were 5 minutes down the road, restaurants are in walking distance, and you get absolutely no road noise at night. We had such a great trip at this place, and we can't wait to go back!

Unit 801 was updated, clean as a whistle and well decorated. The view from the unit is spectacular and it was just perfect for our big family. The master has sliding glass doors on two sides offering an amazing view of the beach and gulf without even leaving the bed. The kitchen could use a few additional items (a large stock pot, a crock pot, a muffin pan, and casserole dishes for starters) but had updated appliances and plenty of dishes, etc. I would definitely rent this unit again as it was the best of the four units we occupied on this trip.

We had a great time at this condo! Right on the beach, with two chairs and an umbrella to use throughout the stay. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of six to be comfortable. The beach as safe and clean as well. We would definitely come back!

Our stay at Commodore 801 was nothing short of perfect! The view is amazing from all sides of the corner condo! The space was so much bigger than we thought and we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The walk in showers was so big and made it easy to get a quick shower after being at the beach all day! The location outside the condo was perfect right down from St Andres park. Patches Pub right outside the condo had amazing food and drinks!!

This unit has many upgrades! The view from the balcony is beautiful! The appliances are modern and all functioned well. The internet signal was weak and we had to connect to unit 901 throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this unit though!

My husband and I stayed in Panama City at the Commodore condominiums for the the month of Feb 2022. We have travelled in many countries and lived in Europe over the last 43 years of Marriage. The 3 bedroom/3 bath Commodore unit 801 is at the top of our list of gorgeous vacation condos. The massive wraparound end unit balcony affords a view for miles North and South of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It is so enjoyable to hear the sound of the waves day and night. This unit has recently been redecorated and every room is comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The guarded parking lot and building also gives an extra level of comfort and privacy. The outdoor pool and hot tub are both heated and have comfortable seating all around. Just a few steps and you are out walking on the white powder sand or swimming and surfing. We hope to come back many times to this exact unit in the future…..come to think of it, why am I telling all of you about this great unit:). Enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay in the newly remodeled 801!! From the reservationist, to our contact person, all involved were eager to make sure all went well!! Kudos to you!! The e-mail of door and pool codes just before our arrival made everything easy. We had a coffee pot issue, but not for long - we were given a replacement pronto!! Thanks SO very much for quickly resolving that!! You couldn’t have done anything else to make it better!! We love staying at the Commodore, and are so thankful you folks at I-trip are in charge!! This condo looks exactly like the pictures! It has beautiful decor and so many wonderful touches that make it feel like home (plush blankets, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals, and lots of balcony seating). From the moment we walked in that view was breathtaking! We have 4 children (ages 1, 9, 13, and 15) and they enjoyed the pool everyday. They slept in the room with the 3 beds and everyone was happy! I love the space this condo offers. My husband and I took the smaller bed and gave my mother the king size bed. I wish they would put a more comfortable and bigger bed in that room with the double sliding doors. It made lots of noise and I kept thinking it might break. But I took that room simply for the ocean views. It was amazing to wake up each morning to see that. The only issue we had was the elevator at the condo. It kept breaking down and people were getting stuck. Being on the 8th floor I was grateful that one of them was always working (the repair people were there daily). Other than that we definitely enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful!
