Perfect place and quiet location
5/5 stars
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed available and even found more in closets for beach time. The condo was decorated pretty and enjoyed the large balcony. Location was perfect as it was at the end of Thomas Dr providing a quieter, less crowded beach as we like. We even added an extra night while on our stay we enjoyed it so much. We plan to return and stay here again.

Wonderful trip
5/5 stars
We had a great time staying at Commodore 304. The unit was clean and well stocked. The full size washer and dryer was a nice feature. Renovations have been made to the unit to update the flooring and some furniture. As always with Price Morgan Vacations, all access codes worked and check in and out was seamless. The Commodore complex was clean and appeared to be well taken care of. It is located on the less busy east end of Thomas Dr. We would definitely book with Price Morgan Vacations again and stay at this location.

Wonderful Time
4/5 stars
We enjoyed our stay at the Commodore, in Unit 304 very much! Although it is only a 2 bedroom, it worked out very well for our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids). All the beds and the pull-out sofa were comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were provided. Although we were on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool, the noise never got out of hand, and the Commodore was very good about shutting it down at 10 pm and opening it on time at 9 am. The rooms were clean and the A/C worked great, as did the washer and dryer. We had no problems with noise from other guests at all while we were there. There were luggage racks and grocery carts available for the guests to use and the elevators were reliable and quick. The internet connection worked well too. We did not take advantage of the iTrip free tickets but Amber our contact reached out the first day and was very quick to respond when I did have a question, which was awesome! The only thing that surprised us was the lack of basic kitchen condiments and spices. It makes for some expensive grocery trips when you are outfitting the kitchen from scratch, except for salt and pepper. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this unit again, or just at the Commodore in general!
- Serena

Serena thank you for your 4 star review of Commodore 304! We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! The Commodore is always a great option with exceptional attention to make sure all guests enjoy their stays! We hope to see you again soon!

Awesome getaway

Stayed for a week with wife, 2 kids, and another couple. Had plenty of room and everything we needed. Was close enough to everything but perfectly situated toward st andrews park that kept us away from the crazy crowded beach.

3rd Floor-Commodore
5/5 stars
We stayed at the Commodore the first week in October in Unit 304. It was a wonderful stay. Amber with iTrip made sure that we had everything that we needed. The condo was stocked with what we needed. It was nice and the balcony was awesome. It was such a relaxing and much needed trip. It was in a wonderful location. The beach was wonderful and Joshua (The chair guy) is amazing. I highly recommend this area. I know that my husband talked to a few that live around there or have been staying there for years and we couldn't say enough nice things about it. The security on staff were great and very helpful.

Not The Best
3/5 stars
Summation…..Great location. Unit needs decor update and a de cluttering. The location of the unit is great. We love staying on the lower (quiet) end of the strip next to St. Andrews. Unit is older and needs a decor and paint update The master bed was very comfortable. The balcony was large, but a bit cluttered with furniture. A piece or 2 could stand to go. The unit itself was pretty small for 6 people. The living room felt cluttered with furniture. The 2 large recliners are nice, but are too big for the small space. The carpet in the bedrooms was not appealing. It needs to be replaced and updated like the flooring in the living area. Not sure why there are 2 area rugs stacked on top of one another in the living room, but it could be a tripping hazard. Same thing with the rugs at the front door. The master bathroom was very, very small and the tub shower unit was very small with a low ceiling. We had some drainage issues with a toilet and tub in each bathroom. I reported the issue and maintenance personnel was out the next day to address the issues.
